Clean and well maintained, from outside to the room the receptionist is also friendly, all the facilities in the room are clean... The view of the room is really like the river water is flowing and there are bamboo trees so it's refreshing when you open the window, the breeze is cool and cool

Initially I chose this homestay because it was close if I wanted to go to Dieng, I had paid in full for 2 days of stay but after just 1 day of staying, my husband was confused, got room number 3, no smoking and no use of AC even though there was AC, my positive thing was that it looked like the electricity Not strong, at night it's actually not a problem because it's quite cold, but during the day it's soaking and really hot, the room gets stuffy too, right? There's no toiletries for the toilet, the shower is full of hot water and it's leaking, imagine how confusing it would be to shower if the water is only hot hihiFor safety, thank goodness the staff is quite understanding, because we are touring with a motorbike, so at night the staff keeps the motorbike inside for helmets, we still take it to the room.A little input for the staff, if there are guests, it's better to wait for the game firstThe location is recommended because it is on the side of the road and close to Dieng, but finding food is a bit difficultOk, in the end my husband and I moved to another hotel, thx

Very good for the price range of 200-250k.Stayed here because I was looking for something close to Lake Menjer and in the middle between Dieng/Wonosobo.Got a room with a really big window facing the forest, a new experience because while in Dieng the view was hills/mountains.The building is new, so the mattress, bed sheets and towels are still okay. Hot water at a temperature of 41-42, wifi on the TV is okay but on the cellphone it seems to disappear.At night, motorbikes are brought in, so if you want to go out early in the morning you have to call first to ask to be taken out.FYI, if you stay at a reddoorz/urbanview/oyo place, it's better to bring your own amenities and don't get breakfast.

Homestay with very friendly prices, 1 room can sleep 4 adults, quite strategic location, close to Lake Menjer, on the edge of the main highway, unfortunately the room is not airtight so the sound of vehicles on the highway can be heard very clearly, quite disturbing when resting. There is a TV in the room but the channel cannot be turned on. The hot water shower in the bathroom functions quite well. The room has no air conditioning, only a fan but the cold in Dieng has reached 19Β°C. The sheets looked clean but I couldn't sleep because it was itchy. The stairs to the rooms on the 2nd floor do not have a guardrail, not recommended for tourists with small children. Room only without breakfast, but the hotel provides a la carte restaurants such as fried rice and fried noodles. The car park is very narrow, maybe only for 4 cars. Most of those who stay here are backpackers on motorbikes.

It turns out there are 2 Umbrella Dieng, the first is Reddoorz, that's the one with good reviews at this place. Well, the second one or the one next to it, wow. First I was given a room, after taking a break and it didn't suit the room, I asked the guard to move, but I was even scolded why I didn't ask for it from the start, bad service tbh. After that move rooms. Not bad tbh, but for others not recommended. Be careful for those who want to order, because there are 2 that are reddooz and one that isn't, just choose the reddoorz one, it's better

Location near the main road. Service is there. The family room is very spacious. Unfortunately, under the mattress there was a blackened carpet that had not been replaced by the hotel owner.

Stayed here twice. The staff are very friendly. Even though I use a motorbike, safety is really maintained. The helmet and motorbike were brought into the garage by the staff. The boss also wanted to help carry our things. Check in was supposed to start at 2pm, but we arrived at 12pm so we could leave our luggage in the lobby then we went to T4 Tours first. When we returned, it turned out that our things had been brought into the room. When checking in there is no need to deposit money.Rooms are not very spacious. The AC seems to be out of date, but it can still cool. The water heater in the bathroom had an unstable temperature, but a bucket was provided so we were clever in mixing the water so it didn't get too hot. Small mineral water is also provided in the room and toiletries (towels, soap, toothbrush).

Thank you for your very good and friendly serviceWe brought our motorbike and our motorbike was stored in the garage for safety reasonsActually, this accommodation is good with contemporary and aesthetic furniture from the lobby to the rooms at affordable pricesHowever, what was very unfortunate was that on the day we stayed we found several things that were unsatisfactory with the room facilitiesFirstly, the AC in the room is only for display and cannot be used, even though we entered a cold area we felt we didn't sleep well because the room was stuffy, if we opened the room window there would be lots of mosquitoes entering the room and loud noises from outside because the position of our room faced the main road to Dieng and our room is not soundproofSecond, the water heater facility is very helpful, but the way to regulate the hot water temperature is not stable and the shower in the bathroom is very small, both hot and cold water.Third, the wifi signal often disconnects on cellphones and Android TVsThat's what we feel, hopefully there will be improvements in the future

Deluxe room:DISAPPOINTED with the cigarette smoke that filled the lobby, it was inhaled all the way to the Deluxe room above. The guard also smokes. The dining room & pantry also smells of cigarette smoke. Rooms on the 2nd floor, room 4, leak when it rains.The bathroom has a toilet smell, the heater is impractical because it can't be channeled directly into the bucket, even filling cold water in the bucket uses a jet washer for the toilet. (See video)Steep stairs and no safety handrail. Danger for elderly & children.Hopefully there will be improvements, especially the hotel GUARD is very friendly but please DO NOT SMOCK in the lobby. The smoke is annoying, sir!

The hotel location is on the side of the main road. The room was clean, we happened to get a room with a view of the bamboo garden and river, so it made us feel calm. WiFi available. Parking available. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a cafe with standard prices.
