What a perfect location, the photos and utube videos do not do this place justice, so beautiful amazing views and sounds! The service and staff was amazing too. The jungle feel and all the animal sounds make this place so special. It's the perfect location if you want to explore ubud but not stay in the hustle of it all.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm Balinese hospitality, welcome drinks that made me feel instantly at home.The villas are beautifully designed, seamlessly blending traditional Balinese wooden architecture with modern comforts. Waking up to the sound of birds and the sight of the surrounding jungle was an experience I’ll never forget. The private pool and spacious balcony terrace provided a perfect sanctuary for relaxation, offering breathtaking views of the natural surroundings.What truly sets Alam Ubud apart is its dedication to preserving and showcasing Balinese culture. There was a cultural live dance performance at dinner. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I experienced the rich traditions of the area, whether it was through guided walks, cultural performances, or simply sharing stories about the local way of life.The Alam restaurant served delectable dishes that highlighted the best of cuisine. In the middle of the jungle, the setting is simple, but the place is starting to get tired, the place is big so the maintenance is complicated. So it’s not the cleanest for our taste.On the other hand, avoid the restaurant, you really shouldn't eat there..

5 Stars! I wanted to choose accommodation that felt like we were in the jungle but not too far from Ubud. The location was perfect. The surrounds, amazing! We had only to open the sliding doors and step out onto our verandah to be amongst rainforest with the sound of the running river below. Awesome!The restaurant and pool were lovely. Great for a cool dip after doing tourist stuff. Breakky was fabulous with a choice of dishes included in the price. We were close to Aloha Swing and MK2 Silver Class, both close together and a short ride from the Villas.The only downside is the location is on a hillside with a lot of steps in between our villa and the restaurant and pool. At least we got fit :) I would highly recommend a stay here.

Breakfast sparse and restaurant overpriced. Staff very friendly, rooms very large, spacious and with a lot of privacy. The highlight was the private pool! Perfect for honeymoon!! However, a bit remote

Gorgeous, quiet place. We are delighted with the complex. The views from the central pool are magnificent. Breakfast is good. We had a villa with a pool, we did not regret it, a jungle pool and a secluded courtyard. Friendly staff. Their SPA at the very bottom of the jungle by the river is something, definitely go down.The staff only has to remove dried plants from the villa's courtyard, which slightly spoils the view from the pool to the jungle. You can also slightly update the furniture and the ramp on the terrace.
