Great spot

To flee. To begin with, on the advertisement they said that the house had a kitchenette, that was a lie, there was only a kettle, a large plate and a few cutlery. No kitchenette, no cooking utensils. The pool was dirty 4 days out of 6, it was green. No cleaning, no toilet paper (we had to ask for it), towel with a hole, cleaning never done in a week. Almost empty water bottle that has never been changed. Employee begging for money. In short, we paid more than 450 euros for accommodation that is not worth 100.

Super friendly people. Room is super big. Large bathroom. 2 air conditioners that keep the room super cool. Socket next to the bed. Lovely private swimming pool. Iron, scale. You don't miss anything. You can rent bicycles there for 60k per bicycle/per day. Breakfast is sufficient. A great stay.

The pool was super dirty, we told them that they would clean it and they passed on us, we didn't have toilet paper, they didn't change towels in 3 days, they completely passed on us in everything. The photos were very pretty but it was really disgusting and not recommended at all.

Our stay couldnt have been more amazing here. Fantastic staff, location, cats - everything was a dream.

We loved our stay at Villa Cinta Family Gili T. The villa is very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were so helpful, assisting us in making the birthday surprise for our lovely mate. Really recommended, and We would come back!

When we arrived at the pier, the price of the carriage was higher than the price booked by the B&B, and it was delivered to the wrong place.The overall appearance of the B&B is very beautiful, and the helpers are also very friendly. Our stay at Cinta Cottages on Gili T was unfortunately quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues that detracted from our experience. The towels provided were in terrible condition, full of holes, stained, and covered in lint, clearly far from new. The bath mat was another unpleasant surprise—it was folded with the clean side up, hiding a filthy, blackened underside with a dead fly trapped in it.Breakfast at Cinta Cottages was a major letdown. We ordered a smoothie bowl that arrived warm and, bizarrely, topped with grated cheese. The pineapple juice was also not chilled. After this experience, we decided not to use the included breakfast again and opted to eat elsewhere for the remainder of our stay.The shower in our room had very low water pressure, making it difficult for my girlfriend to rinse out her shampoo properly. To add to our discomfort, the bed linen was stained, and there was no sheet on the bed, which we had to request when we wanted to sleep. The air conditioning in our room was erratic, sometimes working too well and making the room uncomfortably cold, but more often, it failed to cool the room adequately.We also had a disappointing experience with the bike rentals arranged by the staff. The bikes delivered to us were in terrible condition—saddles with holes, broken handlebars, and non-functional brakes, all covered in grease and oil. When we complained, three staff members got involved, which was uncomfortable. We were given different bikes, but they were also in poor condition and obviously had not been maintained. A tip for future guests: arrange your own bike rental and make sure to inspect the bike or take a test ride before paying.The staff also offered to help with fast boat tickets to Nusa Lembongan, quoting 450k IDR per person. When we checked at the first stall in the harbor, we were quoted 350k IDR per person, a significant difference. I would recommend not booking through Cinta Cottages; instead, check the stalls at the boulevard or harbor for better deals.The garden furniture at Cinta Cottages was another letdown. The cushions on the garden furniture and sunbeds were very dirty and in need of replacement, looking nothing like the photos we had seen online. They were so filthy that we didn’t use them at all during our stay.All in all, our stay at Cinta Cottages was very disappointing, and we did not enjoy the accommodation comfortably. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.
