Clean hotel. Breakfast very little choice. Bad wifi. Kind staff. The hairdryer is missing

Quite from music party...simple but awesom

4-5 star hotel, mixed first impression for several reasons.Positive points: rather clean rooms, comfortable bedding, trouble-free hot water with pressure.For the rest:Wifi: not efficient at allBreakfast: pretty average, scrambled eggs just on a plate alone, we're waiting for a toast, a side dish for example..No hair dryer in the room, when we asked the same evening we were told that there was only one and that it was used, we would have to wait until the next day to have one left in the room.The staff was made up of young people who undoubtedly lacked experience, we were greeted several times during the day at reception by a young man lying on a mattress behind the desk, so yes he sometimes got up but in the premium image of a 4-5 star is not acceptable. There is a small room behind it, it is more convenient to rest there by installing a bell at reception if necessary.Room cleaned in the morning, we went out in the evening and were surprised by a new passage perhaps in a quality perspective, we had not asked for anything, it is quite intrusive especially since we found a damp cloth on the suitcase forgotten when returning, and that the towels were not a priori changed but just hung up and therefore mixed between the two people in the room.The location is close to the beach but on the Sunset Island side, allow 30 minutes by bike to reach the lively part of the island.Last surprise we ask for a taxi to go to our other hotel on the other side of the island we are told 150k at the hotel, when we arrive the driver asks for 250k claiming that these are the prices that are applied and that the hotel doesn't know them.A very mixed experience, we did not come across Antonio and the service described in the reviews we had read before booking.

At the top we had a great stay, clean hotel, well placed for sunsets, the staff took great care of us, really great.Little message for Andy the best!!!!

After 4 months of travelling SE Asia, this is the easiest 10/10 for any accommodation we stayed at. If I could rate it higher, I would. Antonio and his family were so warm, welcoming and truly made us feel like part of the family. You get an amazing breakfast each morning, which you select the night before. Every day the rooms were cleaned, twice! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and obviously clean and the shower was excellent. There is free drinking water available. There is also a well stocked fridge by the pool, full of beer and juice which you can purchase. We drank a lot of beer (we're Scottish) but Antonio was up to the task of keeping a steady supply for us. The pool is nice and you can get towels for going to the beach too. Sunset beach is a short walk away, but far enough away that you don't hear the loud music from the bars. We also got our laundry done while we stayed and it smelled fresh for weeks. Truly an incredible stay and couldn't recommend it more.

A place with good value for money. Close to sunset point and very good location. Turtle Point is also not far away by bike.Breakfast was monotonous due to the long stay, but it was okay.The room condition is clean and well maintained. However, the internet is not stable.

Soda Resort is amazing!! The rooms are cared for in detail and the room service makes you feel at home, they make everything very pleasant and easy so that you can enjoy the hotel but also the island. The hotel is located very close to the beach and quite far from the mosque so it is a very quiet and relaxing place. Breakfast is 10/10. We will return without a doubt!!
