The lobby smells very nice, it’s very clean and the staff are pleasant. It’s also very affordable

I've come to stay 2 times.New room, clean, like it very much.Reserve a single bed but always get 2 beds close together.I don't quite understand 😑The room is not soundproof. Even if you sleep on the 25th floor, the sound of cars can still be heard in the room. Moreover, the housekeeper's voice was loud. Everything else is good.

Good but the swimming pool is closed for renovations The restaurant is not finished yet. Convenient, easy to walk to Major.

Great hotel, with super service mind. Very clean and new. This hotel is in prime location where you can easily get transportation.

There are 2 BTS Skytrain stations within walking distance, and at least 3 711 stores nearby.The room is clean, has large glass windows, great views during the day and night, and the bed is really good to sleep on.There is a gym and outdoor swimming pool on the 30th floor.There are many charging holes, and there is a laundry service, which will be deducted from the deposit.

review was too long to be posted on booking platform but felt this needed to be shared.let’s just talk about what they did well first - the service staff held the lift for me cos he saw me ran back to the room when i forgot something. they also gave me extra water when i asked for it. on the last day, the bell boy (Oil) offered some great service. he insist to help me with my luggage, directed the grab driver and also load my luggage into the car.that’s about all.i booked 4 nights initially. and they messaged telling me to cancel because the breakfast is not available. after i explained that i used credits to book and i will not be able to get my soon to be expired credit back. they repeated again to ask me to rebook. i said to go ahead with it and im ok without breakfast but i do not want to rebook because then i will be paying much more. this REPEATED for 3 rounds. i called booking platform in the end to sort it out by upgrading my room instead.then schedule changed and i will be arriving one day earlier. for some reason, i was not able to change the existing booking. so i booked an extra night with exact same room. msg them with my booking number and told them to arrange such that i do not need to change room. they reply telling me it has to be same room type without checking. after i told them it is the same and gave my booking number again, they say they will note and make arrangements that i do not need to change room.when i arrived, the check in was for one night. took them awhile to check and figure it out.after checking in, i left after putting my stuff. when i came back at night. there was an used towel behind the toilet door. called them and also requested to change bedsheets. they came to collect the towel. staff was not able to speak english so i called reception again to ask about bedsheets. she kept saying it is clean. and that she will call me back. so i called the 3rd time and firmly ask for change of bedsheets because im tired and do not want to wait.reception came up with housekeeping. and keep insisting they clean up before i check in. and she cannot answer about the used towel so i request again to change the bedsheets. and she hesitated. and offered a change of room - and i refused because i do not want to pack my stuff and change. i continue to insist and it is finally changed.throughout the stay. water heater is erratic. hot or hotter.. and then coldest. the other one for the tub is cold or colder. not even having hot water.when i called for toilet paper, waited for 20 mins for it before i called again. they clarified again and again. but came with water after my second call. which is fine, cos at least it came and changing to toilet paper was a lot faster.one day 2 out of 3 lift was out of service. this building is not low, mind you. not sure what is happening.sound proofing was not great. so lots of noise from corridor throughout.
