The guide tried to scam us on several occasions, he told us that the taxi to Berastagi cost 1,400,000 rupees, which was far from reality.

DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. We contracted the jungle tour with them and left the backpacks with them. The tour was given to us by another company and the backpacks were not there when we arrived. They drove us from one place to another and showed up without money or valuables.

Our backpacks were stolen while doing the 3-day tour in the Jungle. Do not book the Tour with them, or even stay there. They are thugs.

The most disgusting stay I’ve ever been at. There was mold on the walls, ceiling, even on the mosquito net. The mosquito net was full of big holes so also not very funtional.The fan did not work without making huge noise.During the night constantly lots of music and motorbikes in the garden so sleeping was impossible.The worst was the bathroom, disgusting smells, mold and dirt everywhere. There is also no sink.There were also no blankets or toilet paper in the room. When I politely asked for it the owner got really mad at me. Toilet paper and a blanket is not luxury, it’s a basic…I added some pictures to show the general atmosphere. Please never go here.

My neighbor's trekking boots were stolen outside his door and they miraculously reappeared after I promised him a reward of 50 euros. They sold me a bus ticket to Banda Aceh. The fare was supposed to be from Bukit Lawang but I didn't have to pay the bus driver extra to get to Binjai. If it weren't enough, the “sleeping bus” that he sold me was hell full of cockroaches with thousands of stops during the night making it impossible to rest. Anyway, don't trust these people!!!

Way too expensive for what you get. Smelling, run down room. No toilet paper (had to buy it myself), no sink, no soap, dirty walls and paint peeling off the walls.Had to ask for towel and a blanket because it was provided.Extra prices for foreigners when ordering food. Disrespectful.Don’t sleep in this accommodation or guest house when coming to Bukit Lawang. Family was nice though

Lovely place. Owner knows his way around. Rooms could be a little cleaner, but are definitely good. They are spacious and the bed is nice and comes with a klamboe. Overall we had a good time here, especially when I got sick, the people took good care of me.

The place is nice but cleanliness is not maintained. There are lots of drink bottles scattered in front of one of the rooms, it looks like a trash can, so it's not nice to look at and disturbs comfort.

There is no responsibility at all. If the hotel can't accept guests because of the lockdown! No need to put the price on the site! that site is dead! If it can be ordered from the site it means it's open! Disappointing!
