The most wonderful stay during our staytravel around Indonesia and an amazing owner. He is an example of a person who is always ready to give advice.Great communication, help in organizing scooters or a car driver, practical tips on exploring the island.Tasty breakfasts, clean rooms, well-kept swimming pool. Highly recommended.We will be happy to come back.

Frankly, we've been problem guests during our stay at PITAMATA. We booked PITAMATA on the day of our arrival to Nusa Penida as a last minute change from another stay. It was the best decision we could have made - the bed is absolutely amazing and one of our best stays during our 5 week stay across South East Asia. The room is spotless, the toilet is clean, the pool is gorgeous. The villa is circa 30mins from east, west and south of Penida. But what really makes the stay was the owner and staff.They were extremely kind and helpful, going out of their way on our arrival (during their ceremony day) to sort us a rental motorbike. They have given us a complimentary transfer to the ferry. We unfortunately had a motorcycle accident during our stay and they helped us with ice, water and anything we needed - even offering to take us to the hospital.Thank you so much for all your hospitality and care, and for being the best stay we stumbled upon.

Accommodation with a villa concept. There are only 5 villas. The facilities are quite complete (ac, TV, refrigerator, WiFi, hot shower, hair dryer, water heater kettle plus coffee/tea).The rooms are clean and spacious.The location isn't right on the side of the main road, but it's a bit in, maybe 75-100 meters. The entrance rises at around 45° and curves slightly. The width is about the size of 1 car. It hasn't been paved yet but has been neatly plastered with cement.The pool is clean, the villa yard too but.Breakfast at 7:30 WITA, quite a lot of menu choices, but no rice (not a problem for me who isn't used to rice at breakfast 😬)The owner is friendly and very helpful.

Everything correct, comfortable bed, air conditioning, complimentary drinks. The owner (or his driver) picks you up at the port and takes you back. Run by a nice family, who help and advise you. They helped us manage the excursion to Manta Point and the route of the visits we wanted to make. That said, I advise you to listen to the owner regarding the rental, although the car with driver is more expensive, on this island they drive as if they were in a rally, if you are an experienced “fast and furius” you may enjoy it and I say that after having driven in many Asian areas. Thanks to your driver for those two stops off the tourist route.

Amazing stay!! They were able to accommodate by providing a third bed for a small fee. Also the manager was lovely, giving us lifts around the island. 100% recommend.

The hosts at Pitamata really made our experience great. We were picked up from the harbour (free service) and brought to the villas. Right off the bat our host provided us with a scooter to rent and laundry service. He helped us plan a snorkel tour with a couple of friends who were joining us, drove us there and back and allowed us to have a late check out so we could shower before leaving. All at no extra charge. He then drove us to our respective harbours. Again at no extra cost. All of the staff at Pitamata were genuinely friendly and helpful and made the place feel like home.The property itself was quaint but well kept; the pool and plants were beautiful. Breakfast was simple but all we needed. The location is a short scooter from the hustle and bustle with a few nice restaurants and warungs within walking distance.I would definitely stay again.

Excellent property in Nusa Penida, perfect and strategic location for visiting the island but also being close to restaurants for dinner, the owner is a really good host as he should be, simple but comfortable rooms and excellent cleaning service, modern air conditioners and rooms overlooking the lovely swimming pool, super recommended.
