The location is the best!Friendly employees.There are only 4 rooms in total, so it feels quite private.What the bathrooms are not in good condition and you may also find some bugs.The beautiful room. The pool is correct.Economical price

Got scammed here.We booked 4 rooms but bc the guests before us destroyed the floor in one of them this room was a construction site when we arrived. Besides the noise of ppl ripping the whole floor apart during the day we never got our money back. We payed 4 rooms and only had 3 to live in. After endless back and forth with the management we never received any money back because we didn't have proof. The host told us he will deal with the management and we trusted him so we didn't take any pictures. But nothing ever got resolved! Very disappointed.

Newer reviews of the villa are more accurate of the current condition, compared to reviews 4-5 years ago.Our main issue with the place is there is dust and mould everywhere! The flooring and the shelves are made of wood and have a wet smell. The sheets felt dusty...The toilet is the only area not made of wood, but looks like a bright prison cell. Water pressure for the shower is weak, and water is not heated enough. The doors to the individual rooms and to the toilet are sliding doors, but have non-functional bottom hinges i.e. u can "pull out" the doors from below.Security is subpar. We locked the front gate when we went out but it was unlocked and open when we returned... could have been the owner going in and out.Im not fully sure of the standard of villas in Nusa Penida, but would suggest searching elsewhere if keen for a more comfortable stay.

The reviews absolutely do not reflect this place!- Unsanitary rooms- Sheets not changed or poorly washed (presence of more than doubtful stains)- Dust and mold- Not well maintained (handkerchiefs to plug holes)Place to avoid! There were 8 of us who fled this “villa”

I absolutely don't understand the positive reviews... I've never had accommodation in such a pitiful state...The villa is dirty, it smells bad in the rooms, there is mold in the room...I strongly advise against
