Although the location is good, the safety and service is not good. No hot water available, No tooth brush and paste available, breakfast is not available for everyone especially vegans. Overall, I would say we can get a better property in Nusa Penida when compared to this. Highly disappointed

I would like to leave a one-star review because I booked a room in advance, but when I arrived, I was told there were no available rooms. Despite texting with a staff member who assured me they were expecting me, I was forced to find alternative accommodations, ruining my day. I tried calling the manager, but there was no response. I wouldn't recommend this place and regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Not even a sorry was uttered by them.

The views from the room and the pool were beautiful and are a big plus for this accommodation. The room itself was clean and the size was okay.However, our room smelled strange and almost no water came out of the shower head in the bathroom.For the price it's a really good place to stay if you don't need a lot of luxury.

Very good hotel! I don't understand the bad reviews! In this price category, one of the best bungalow hotels on the island, with an excellent view, convenient location, comfortable rooms!

Had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and nice, great view, good air conditioning. Nice pool. Above all, the staff was very nice. Ketut helped us with everything from renting us a moped to helping us with further travel plans. Will come back here if I ever return to Nusa Penida.

I originally booked a bedroom for 2 guests which I later rectify for 3. After various emails, they answered me and informed that they can add an extra mattress for an additional cost, which I agreed to pay. When we did the check in, they showed us our cottage with one double bed for 3 people. We looked each other and then we looked at him and asked him if he has another cottage with 2 separate beds. He showed us the next one with 2 single beds.. I paid extra amount to sleep in a single bed with my girlfriend.Which was already uncomfortable as the bed was small.The cottage itself was ok but not as clean as you would like to find it when you arrive after a long trip.Open a can of coke in the fridge, a brown stain on the bed sheet, 2 towels for 3 people…Breakfast time- I read the reviews about the breakfast and I am absolutely agreed to all of them. Very slow service and it is more worth it to go and have a breakfast outside. I mean, for the money you pay…Long story short, in my opinion Cottage was ok, good location as there are plenty of restos and stores nearby. You pay for the views but not for the comfort.I wouldn’t recommend it. Price does not match to what you see on pics and what they supposedly offer on booking.
