We contacted the establishment several times on booking without any response from them! When we arrived, a member of staff welcomed us and took us to our room which was not at all the one reserved on booking, thinking that we would not realize it!We went to see him to ask him for the room we had reserved, he told us that it was no longer available without any valid explanation. We had walked 20 minutes with our backpacks for nothing in return. We requested a refund which never arrived on booking we had to go to the establishment again for a cash refund! We lost 4 hours of our time and had to find accommodation on our own without any help or sympathy from them!I strongly advise against this unreliable and unfriendly establishment with tourists!

Perfect location. Very quiet with direct access to the river for bathing. The bed was super comfortable and the staff... The best thing, the young man at the reception is a sweetheart. Thank you very much for making us have such a good time with you. From Cristina and Bastien

The worst accommodation in Indonesia, because we booked our trek with a guide we already knew and not with them, they completely changed the way they treated us, wanting to charge extra for breakfast, charging for leaving our backpacks. Finally, we had agreed to spend the last night in our accommodation after returning from the trek, but the people in charge said we couldn't stay there, we were kicked out with our backpacks from there. I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful and pleasant stay.

After more than 2 months in Indonesia I can easily say this was our worst experience here. The place yes is nice, but the price you pay for it its too much (and I am not talking about money). It seems that if we wanted to be treated as people we were supposed to book more than the acommodation with them, and we were not aware of it. We didn't even know they offered trekkings when we booked it. So from the moment the staff realised we were doing trekking with another group, they just decided to make our 4 days stay there a hell. First they wanted to charge us for the INCLUDED breakfast. Second, they said they were out if half of the items on the menu due to the Ramadan (which was over more than 2 weeks ago) and we saw other guests having the food. After, they wanted tor charge us to leave our bags there, per day per bag. I did an attempt to book another tour with them (the flower tour) but the young guy on the reception never ever gave me any information about if it was possible to do or not. So they want you to bring them easy money. At last, they humiliated us in front of other guests in the reception. Ah, and just to make things better, on the second day of our stay, the toilet was out of water. Wifi also only work in the restaurant which it was closed at 6pm the day I needed to do a work call. So basically you need yo beg to be in the space just to get the connection. So, if even after this review you decide to stay in the worst place of Indonésia, make sure you book everything with them if you don't want to be treated as a piece of nothing. But anyways I wouldn't recommend going trekking with these people. Indonesia is full of nice and friendly people, you can do much better than this.

We had great stay here. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Very spacious, clean and beautiful room and bathroom (the only downside was the lack of hot water in the shower)The view from the balcony is amazing. We also recommend the trekking guides from Aussi Inn.Great location at the far end, so its really quiet as there are no scooters driving by.
