AMP Beach Club Dream Walk

Very nice spot with your feet in the water.The rooms, rather pretty and simple, could perhaps benefit from a little updating...But, this is largely made up for by the location and the kindness of the staff.Thanks to Jimi for his help.

We spent 4 nights as a family at the AMP Hotel. The rooms and bathroom are simple but clean, with excellent bedding. They overlook the swimming pool which itself overlooks a very pretty white sand beach. You can easily swim in the sea and enjoy an exceptional view of Mount Agung. Some dogs wander there but do not bother or are in any way aggressive.The staff is very kind and smiling, always there if you need help.Regarding breakfast, the fresh fruit juices are delicious, the quantities sufficient and the food correct, despite a certain lack of choice (4 possible options: Indonesian, American, burritos and pancakes). Having breakfast with your feet in the sand is a real luxury! At lunchtime, you can also have lunch at the hotel restaurant which offers good dishes.If you are looking for restaurants to dine in, take a stroll on the beach and you will find recommendable places with beautiful decorations and always top-notch service! If you want to move from the hotel, you can easily find taxis on the road or ask at the hotel.My mother fell ill and had to go to the medical clinic. The staff took great care of her. Jym, the manager, was particularly professional and responsive, he even went to the clinic to make sure everything was going well for us.
