Great location, rooms okay. Service underground. Stained pillows and bed linen. We didn't see the hosts once, which is of course not a problem in principle. However, after the first day we ran out of toilet paper. We were promised several times that we would put some in front of the door. This never happened until departure, despite repeated requests and repeated confirmations that we would be there within 5 minutes at the latest.Weird light switches. You could only turn on the bathroom light when you crawled over the bed. Bathroom stinks. A light in the room didn't work at all.

Don't book through their site. The property confirms your booking, then you write to them on WhatsApp a few days before and they don't reply (blocks whatsapp) and after a few hours they tell you that they don't have your booking. Book on popular European sites

We booked using their website, received confirmation via email and when we arrived they said they had our booking but that we couldn't stay because they were full.So warning if you book, they probably don't have space.It was then really difficult for us to find other accomodation.

Bad experience at this establishment.- no reception for Check in (so no one when we arrived) and no one during our stay in case of a problem- no response by whatsapp during the stay- high humidity in the room (moldy cushion and curtains)- very poorly insulated room (noise of jeeps all night and work just above the rooms during the day)- no hot waterFor the price (350k/night) it is not acceptableThe only positive point is the location, near the path to reach Mount Bromo and beautiful view of it.
