On December 9 2023, I ordered 2 hotel rooms via the Oyo application at PANTAI INDAH JAYA PANGANDARAN and when I arrived in Pangandaran at 07.00 I confirmed with the receptionist at the PANTAI INDAH JAYA PANGANDARAN hotel to ensure that my order was actually entered at the hotel, and after confirmation it turned out to be the correct name. I was registered and I could only enter the hotel at 14.00 according to the application. Long story short, after waiting for the end, the check-in time arrived and I reconfirmed with the PANTAI INDAH JAYA PANGANDARAN receptionist to enter the hotel and it turned out that my booking data was there and I was invited to enter. After I checked in at the PANTAI INDAH JAYA PANGANDARAN hotel for approximately 1 hour, suddenly the hotel gave confirmation that the hotel I booked was not at the PANTAI INDAH JAYA PANGANDARAN HOTEL but had been moved to PONDOK ATOR SYARIAH, and I had to check out that very second because my name was already there. not registered with the hotel. Finally, because I received this information, I immediately went to PONDOK ATOR SYARIAH to confirm the truth. When we got there, it turned out that PONDOK ATOR SYARIAH strongly denied that they were not collaborating with OYO, but the application stated correctly that I was being moved to that hotel. To be sure, I tried to confirm with OYO to report this incident, but OYO itself seemed as if they didn't know that PONDOK ATOR SYARIAH was no longer collaborating with OYO, and what's even more funny is that PONDOK ATOR SYARIAH IS STILL REGISTERED AND LISTED CLEARLY IN THE APPLICATION OYO, with the reason that the lodge has registered the hotel (how come there is no survey from the application :) :) And unfortunately, during the cancellation process the funds cannot be refunded because the status is CONFIRMED, whereas according to the statement it doesn't work together. ISN'T IT FUNNY? and after confirming with OYO, the answer will only be clarified first because the center was shocked by the statement of NO MORE COOPERATION. We ask the relevant parties to follow up again so that there are not many victims who fall back like me, apart from the amount lost, the victims also have the hassle of having to look for accommodation again.

Don't order via the application, don't be tempted by cheap prices, this is fraud. Fak, I said tea
