The parking area is large, can accommodate 8 - 10 mini buses, suitable for large families, the facilities are typical of accommodation on the beach

The location is next to the beach but it's not hot/stifling even in the room, there is air conditioning, a place to cook, a bathroom, there is a living room, the front yard is also spacious and cool

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Twin soft queen size beds fit 4 people. Worth it for that price. AC and TV function well. The distance to the beach is only about 5 minutes on foot, and about 8 minutes to Batu Karas surf spot. The downside is that you have to buy your own breakfast and the water tap is cold. But after all I was really satisfied staying here. Homestay feels like a hotel.

One room has 2 beds, there is air conditioning, a complete bathroom and toilet, the yard is quite spacious, there is a seating area for drinking coffee or eating outside, the strategic location is comfortable, only a few things are missing, there are no dispensers available, that's all, everything else is okay.

Stayed in one house, because we were a large family group so we chose the same house. The house is well maintained and the facilities are quite complete, only some of the furniture is a bit old.
