Good place close to crystal bay beach. Good people and nice pool view.Need few improvements like - hot water, toothbrush.

A small place but beautiful. And the old lady is the best cook. Her food is unforgettable.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The room was simple, pool seemed dirty and there was not enough space to walk around . For the location you definitely need a scooter. There is one good warung nearby called Oregano that has really good food, we had to go there since the hotel restaurant was always closed and we walked in the pitch dark to get food. The shower did have hot water. Also even though it’s located in the middle of nowhere it is so noisy there. You can hear every guest talking , motorbikes driving by and the neighbour hiting coconuts at 7AM!

We booked the accommodation for two nights on Airbnb based on the positive reviews.Communication via Airbnb went well and we were booked transport from the port to the accommodation. The breakfast is a bit sparse, as you could choose from two egg options or a pancake. However, this didn't bother us. The price-performance ratio for the accommodation is definitely right! There is a small terrace and there is a communal pool.The problem started when we rented a scooter from the property. The safety of the vehicle and the helmets is really extremely poor and dangerous. We had previously rented scooters in Bali and Lombok and had no problems so far. Neither with the rental nor with driving. We wanted to leave for our excursion early in the morning. When we were just around the next small curve away from the accommodation, we were knocked down at 10 km/h because the tire no longer had any tread and was under-inflated. The tire simply slipped away from us. When we got back to the accommodation and recovered from the shock, the owners said that we would have to pay money for the broken plastic on the side and the scratches. Since we had fallen due to the unsafe condition of the scooter, this was not ok for us. We were traveling really slowly, that was our luck. Only when my friend became a little louder and was really angry did they stop acting.What didn't bother me was the fact that we were being asked for money. What bothered me was the fact that the facts were mixed up and our health didn't matter. We fell due to vehicle safety. Not once was anyone asked how we were doing, even though I had obvious wounds and was limping a bit. The only important thing was the vehicle and not the health of the guests or the safety of the vehicle for the next guests. I don't find that really hospitable and it's a shame. I asked the family not to rent the scooter to other tourists anymore - the tire was then inflated.In the end, we didn't pay anything for the scooter due to discussions and the family was friendly to us again after the "talk". So we were at least able to recover well from the shock until we left. Our external guide then drove with us to the pharmacy and took care of us and the injuries; he made me feel safe again. Unfortunately not through the host family. If you have an accident with injuries while on vacation in another country, you are already unsettled and feel bad. Unfortunately, the host family's behavior didn't make my bad feeling any better.This is also the first time that I have had such a problem in an accommodation…

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the positive experiences of the other reviews.We rented a scooter through the accommodation, which was in such poor condition that due to a flat and completely worn out front tire (no tread visible anymore) we had to take the "test drive" after about 20 meters with the slightest steering movement (speed about 10km/ h) fell.When we returned to the accommodation afterwards, the incident was acknowledged as “not good”, despite open and bleeding wounds, and we then only occupied ourselves with the scooter. It was slightly scratched on one side and a plastic cover was damaged.We were not offered any help when we asked, so we had to organize a driver ourselves to take us to a pharmacy to have the wounds treated. The owners then demanded money to repair the scooter. Simply outrageous!The accommodation itself is ok and clean. Nice pool with plenty of loungers, nice garden around the pool. The room is very noisy (chickens, motorbikes, etc. can always be heard), but this is the case almost everywhere on Nusa Penida. The bed was extremely creaky and wasn't particularly comfortable. The shower was in the middle of the bathroom, the corresponding drain was in the corner of the toilet, so that the entire bathroom flooded every time you showered. Quite a lot of stains on towels and bed linen.I can't say anything about the restaurant itself, as we only had the usual (banana pancakes/omelette/scrambled eggs) breakfast there. We had lunch and dinner elsewhere.Due to the above-mentioned incident, we didn't really feel well and were happy to leave after two nights.

The place is attractive, quiet, comfortable & calm. The swimming pool is also clean because the pool water is always changing (some people are going in/out)Another delicious pancake, our little one's favorite

Everything was perfect, the staff amazing and caring. They offer motorbikes, snorkeling excursions, ride for restaurants. The position and the pool are great. Five stars for the staff, they are super nice and helpful.Not to mention the restaurant, so good!! we ate there three time, good food, good prices and the fruit from your smoothie come directly from the tree nearby.Highly recommend. We stopped for dinner on the way back from Amok Sunset.We recommend the Nasi goreng and the banana pancakes to die for! Superb little inexpensive address. The hosts are super welcoming. Go there with your eyes closed.

The best hotel in Nusa Penida, the best attention, the best staff, a small and magical hotel, they offer you all the services, motorbike, snorkel, everything... to repeat, I love you people of Alam!
