The hosts are really good people and they are very flexible with the check-in, check-out and breakfast time. The cabins are nice, with your own deck outside and a big bathroom. You have air conditioner and fridge in the room, very useful. Breakfast is yummy 😋 Location is good, close from restaurants and on a really good place if you want to travel around the island.

Here, I discovered the joy of indulging in delicious breakfast and dinners prepared with love, care, and the freshest ingredients by a delightful Indonesian woman. The meals were not just nourishment for the body but an embodiment of passion and authenticity, leaving an indelible mark on my entire experience.Her partner, an experienced diving instructor, introduced me to the art and beauty of freediving. His passion for the ocean and expertise not only made the explorations safe but also added an educational dimension.The charming bungalows themselves were an oasis of comfort, each detail carefully curated to ensure a harmonious blend of tradition and modern convenience. The spaciousness of the rooms, the thoughtfully stocked mini bar, the invitingly comfortable bed, and the impeccably clean, generously sized bathrooms made every moment of my stay a delight.Yet, beyond the physical comforts, it was the heartfelt hospitality of the staff that made Lapaya Penida Bungalows feel like a true home away from home. Cute owners who made us feel very welcome and were happy to help arrange everything, from taxis and scooters to recommending beautiful trips. We initially booked four nights, but ended up staying six because we liked it so much. Recommended :)))

The most amazing place of all the places we've been! Everything is very clean! The air conditioner works great! Soft pillows finally (this is important for me, because I’ve already lived here in 4 hotels and there are oak pillows everywhere), the most important thing is that the price for food is very low (meals cost 40-50k) + the owners are very nice and pleasant 🫶🏻I’ve never written reviews, but then I decided to write them because I was really pleased with everything 🤍 I recommend it!

Perfect ! Top quality and price ratio.Spacious and warm room. Room cleaned, a first to see that! Many thanks Haya (I don’t know if it’s spelled like that), pleasant service and always there to help us despite my somewhat limited English. Washing service on request, perfect. Bottles of water, tea and coffee as well as a kettle available in the room.We are in nature so it’s normal to hear roosters or birds, it didn’t bother us that much. Some power cuts at night but it is independent from the hotel.I recommend for your stay. 🙏🏼

Nice little cottage with helpful and kind owners. Close to Gamat Bay (awesome for snorkeling) and Crystal Bay (and the 'hidden' beaches connected to it. Some restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean and there was a mini bar.
Breakfast was basic and not the best but enough to get your day started.

The people who work here are always with a smile and happy, excellent service. Very rich breakfast included in the price (eggs, toast, coffee or tea and fresh juice), the restaurant serves food at a better price than nearby restaurants and much tastier! We were able to rent a motorcycle right here which saved us time. The wifi works well. The room is huge, the bathroom too, it has a refrigerator and electric kettle, they provide you with drinking water and coffee/tea. The truth is very good choice. I would return! On Google it appears as 'penida lapaya garden'What I can point out is that in 4 days the room was not cleaned and the hot water in the shower worked for less than 5 minutes, but nothing more.

My girlfriend and I were received very warmly and helped a lot during our stay. That was very nice since my girlfriend was sick in bed with food poisoning. They arranged all kinds of things for us (boat tickets for the return trip, paracetamol, etc.) and we are very grateful to them for that.They managed to make these uncomfortable days when my girlfriend was sick in a strange place a little more pleasant. Thank you!It was also wonderfully quiet there. The “garden” is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The bed and AC were nice. The spacious bathroom and hot shower were also comfortable.I would recommend staying with these friendly people to everyone :)
