This is messed up...There are no toiletriesThere's no tissueCleanliness is very poorThat's it, we bought it on the spot on 14-15, the price was 450 thousand weeeeBought it because it was already late and the rooms were all full...If you want to give the original price, at least think about it... then pay via TRFPlease, the original price when checked was only 130 thousand 🫠🫠Ok, this experience is no longer there, thank you 🤪🤪

Be careful, OYO's management method is very disappointing, like a fraud network, you have ordered from the application, you have paid and the money has been received, when you arrive at the hotel, the hotel does not acknowledge the payment. What's worse, I made a second order at a different place, the money was deducted and entered, until I arrived at the hotel again, I experienced the same incident (the hotel said it had been 4 months since OYO had never paid the hotel)The point is very serious!Disappointing!Fraud App!Just use the right application so you won't be disappointed

NOT WORTH CALLED A HOTEL1. Really Dirty2. The sheets have BLOOD STAINS3. STINKY SHEETS4. EVEN THOUGH YOU ASKED TO CHANGE IT, THE SHED SHEETS STINK TOO5. HORROR!!!!THE HOTEL IS ACTUALLY NICE, IT'S JUST REALLY DIRTY, PLEASE CLEAN IT UP!!!

staff were nice but thats the only compliment i can give, rooms smelt awful, bed sheets were full of stains and once changed these were also stained and be ready to take 2 different lifts to your room

This is a hotel??1. Smelly room2. The toilet is smelly and dirty3. The AC is not cold at all4. Curtains in holes5. The bed sheets were very dirty and damp and had lots of blood spots6. There are no towels or doormatsFirst asked to move rooms, because the room was full and fully bookedSecond, if the room is full, just try changing the sheetsOh, and what was done, instead of changing it, the dirty bed sheet was removed, so it was a double, and what's worse, the bed sheet for the double was still dirty, there were still blood spots on it too.Third, I asked for a refund, but I couldn'tThis is a hotel that is NOT RECOMMENDEDPlease read the honest review first before booking this hotel.

WORST & HORROR Hotel!I booked 2 rooms for me, my husband and my two children at the Baltika Hotel via Agoda. Photos of the facilities on Agoda and those on the ground are very different from reality, the sheets and pillowcases are dirty, worn and smelly and have probably never been washed, there are no towels and toiletries, there is no drinking water, the AC is leaking. There was a lot of hair on the chair, the shower faucet turned on by itself even though there was no one in the bathroom.Because I was too tired, I forced myself to sleep but after only 1 hour I was itchyFinally I decided 3 hours later we immediately checked out and looked for another place.

Not looked after, dirty, the AC didn't feel like it at all, the used mattress was still dirty and hadn't been replaced, the shower faucet was leaking, asked to replace it and didn't come to replace it.
