FUCK..!!!I STAYED IN JKT, WRONG BOOKING THE NEXT DAY NEVER GOT CHARGED, SO AT A CLASSY JKT HOTEL, IT WAS CHARGED 75K, STAYED HERE, EAT HERE, WAS IMMEDIATELY LOOKING TO THE ROOM TO PAY IMMEDIATELY FOR MEALS, YOU CAN PAY WHEN YOU CHECK OUT AT ANY HOTEL. . The CS is all curt, you're a jerk, it's already like a 4 STAR HOTEL.

2 days ago stayed here. A 10 year old child was charged 50k outside the application, even though at other Red Doors there are no charges like this. When asked where the manager was, I wanted to talk, he said there wasn't one. There were 3 female front office staff, whispering to each other when I complained about being charged outside the application. Not polite. Arriving at the room, it turned out that the room was really small, especially the bathroom was super narrow. Until I took out the trash can and the bucket to give it a little relief. There's only one piece of tissue in the box. Toothbrush cm 1, no soap. There is no electric kettle. There are stains on the pillowcase. And the worst thing is, it's okay, there's no air conditioning/fan, that's okay, but at least the room has ventilation. There's really no ventilation, there's no exhaust in the bathroom, so it's stuffy and hot in the room.

Stayed here on May 24th. Arrive 1 hour early because before you stay at Sindang Reret it's already check out time. When you arrive at 13.00 you can't check in, if you want to check in early you will be charged 25 thousand per hour. Finally waited at 14.00. Until the room's mattress collapsed, there was no hot water until check out the next day. I want to take a shower and wait until it's light because it's incredibly cold. Imagine an area with temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius. The bath uses ground water, which is basically mountain water.

Very poor facilities, I have brought coffee, milk, food ingredients from home, plan to make snacks until there, there is no stove, at least there is no dispenser, because the location is in a cold high place, there is no air conditioning, at least there is no fan, so it feels really good in the room. It's stiflingly cold when you're outside the room, only 2 towels and mineral water are provided, bathroom facilities are only water, a bucket and a sitting toilet, no soap, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste

In fact, when I checked out in the morning, I was told to change. IT WAS REALLY BAD. The location is strategic, on the side of the Ciwidey highway so it's easy to find. Even though it is located on the side of the road, the atmosphere is calm. It's also very easy to find food, there are lots of typical Sundanese restaurants. The room is not very spacious but if it's just for two of us it's enough. Got a towel but it was small, only 1 toothbrush, 1 toothpaste as big as a little finger and 1 typical hotel bath soap. The blanket was thick. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The tap water was fast, I didn't try to use the shower because the pressure was really loud, I don't know whether the shower can be used or not. I ran out of hot water, they said the hot water reservoir was running out and I had to wait 15 minutes but after that it went smoothly. The TV is also on. There is no AC/fan but the weather is quite cold. There are 2 plugs (near the mattress and near the small table). Free 2 bottles of drinking water. Very spacious parking. When checking in you will be asked for a deposit of 50 thousand and will be returned when checking out.
