The staff was very attentive and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the location is a little far away but the place is spectacular, you see the sunset from the hotel pool incredible! 😁😍

I booked the hotel as part of my stay at Nusa Penida. I loved my stay here. It is near to Crystal bay and loved the sunset from the hotel. The rooms are partially made from Bamboo and were unique. The property is small (only 8 rooms) and so you would get personalized hospitality. I loved their breakfast especially smoothie.Only downside is that the property is not enclosed and so you might feel a bit uncomfortable going out of your room in night.

Great bungalows on a hill overlooking Crystall Beach and the sunset. Super friendly staff, great food (some of the best we've had in our accommodations and at breakfast you don't have to limit yourself to one dish, like in all other accommodations - hope that's maintained!). Service was top and the employees present help you with everything!

Would really recommend staying at this place. Beautiful immaculate bungalows, incredible pool with gorgeous sunset views. Breakfast was good, my favourite was the smoothie bowl. Helpful staff, can’t complain!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2024 and had a great stay. The hotel is a bit out of the way, which makes for a very quiet location. Unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby, but there are three restaurants that can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.Our room was very clean, and although there were a few communication problems at the beginning, these were quickly resolved. The staff is really great - very friendly and extremely attentive no matter what the issue was. Unfortunately we were hit with Bali Belly on the second day (not from the food in the hotel). The team looked after us very lovingly, brought food to our rooms and checked on us regularly. There was always ginger tea with honey, which helped a lot.The pool area is very nice, but don't forget to always apply good cream - you can get burned quickly here! The breakfast was great. The selection is small, but everything tastes really good. The smoothies and pancakes in particular were our favorites – highly recommended! The coffee was also very good.The scooter rental worked without any problems and we got great tips for day trips. We organized the transfer to the port through the hotel; Everything worked out well, but we found the price a bit too high.In the rooms you can hear the sounds of nature very clearly, which might take some getting used to for some. However, we got used to it from the second night onwards.We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend the hotel!

Lovely small hotel, quiet and very clean room. Small pool with a view to the ocean. Breakfast is very good. The portion is big, enough to sustain you for the bumpy ride around the island. The smoothie bowl is very good, recommended. The hotel staff is also very good. Definitely recommend this hotel

Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a welcome drink.They gave us instructions on where we could go depending on the weather on the island, they were super friendly at all times.He also recommended who we could take the excursion with to see manta rays.Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bali where we have been!

Amazing service, beautiful hotel! We had such a great stay at Penida Sunset Ocean View. The service was the best we have had in Indonesia and despite arriving with very little planned, the two lovely managers we interacted with arranged absolutely everything for us (drivers, taxis etc.) and gave excellent advice on which beaches are better for swimming, which are less busy etc. We took their advice every time and they were always spot on! The hotel itself is really beautiful, and the location is good too - you need a car or scooter to really explore the island but there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and you can walk to Crystal Bay too. Highly recommend a stay here!

The hosts were extremly nice and helpful, and they rent out scooters, which made exploring the island easy. The view is amazing, especially at sunset. Breakfast was great and the bungalows were really clean. Highly recommend staying here!

With my wife We choose first this hôtel because of the sunset and the nice view.But in fact the best thing is really the personnal who are really Amazing, welcoming and smiling. Gary the manager help us a lot and made everything he could to offer us the best Time possible ! I have never Seen before people go so much out of their way to make sure WE have the BEST Time possible. it is by far the nicest team we met so far (and people are already very nice everywhere in Bali) !So a great thank you for everything because you are Amazing :)And of course the view, the room and we really love the food !Thanks again and if we Can We will come back for sure!

The rare hotel that’s truly a 10/10. Great views, nice rooms and comfy beds. What sets it apart is the incredibly helpful staff. People are nice almost everywhere in Indonesia, but nowhere were they as helpful as here, especially because their English is really good, so they can truly help you with issues that go beyond recommending a place for dinner. Delicious breakfast by the pool as well!

I had a great three nights with my kids in a comfortable and cozy place. I was grateful to everyone for being so kind and caring. You can choose breakfast from the menu, and the smoothie bowl was so delicious that I ate it every morning. The nasi goreng was also delicious.One day, the children said they wanted to stay at the accommodation, so only mom and dad went on a one-day tour of Lembongan and the children stayed at the accommodation. The children said they really enjoyed the time they spent with their aunt and uncle. Thank you so much for taking good care of me.Before coming here, I was in Kuta and couldn't sleep well there. But here, the whole family slept really well for three days. Perhaps because the surrounding environment was good, I slept deeply and was in good condition and had a comfortable time.I had a happy time in Nusa Penida.

Great hotel for those looking for peace and quiet.Only 10 rooms so few people. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices.The hostess was incredibly gentle and soothed us as soon as we arrived.I highly recommend, except for those looking to party.Barely 20 minutes from Crystal Bay on foot (be careful steep) to an exceptional warung next door (payoda warung).At the top

Staff are so kind. Welcome drink, free water in the rooms. Lots of effort made to share the towels into a swan, flower petals in the room, etc. Breakfast was fabulous and you can order ahead to have it ready for you the night before. Pool is wonderful and so is the sunset.
