Positive (+):1. The place is quite strategic, not too busy, not too quiet2. The facilities are quite complete (kitchen equipment, mattress + bed linen, hot water, etc.)3. smart tv + wifi4. The villa guard is quite responsive5. Parking is available for 2 cars (small - medium cars)Negative (-):1. In the back room the roof leaked and coincidentally it was raining so it seeped into the mattress2. lack of clear information, where check in starts at 13.00 while check out is 12.00 - 13.00, but when I rented at 10.00 I was asked to check out, on the grounds that there would be a next renter (told to check out suddenly at 09.30, tight 😩 + annoyed 😠).Hopefully it can be fixed...

Price ranges from 1 million, maximum guests 15 people, inside there are 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, kitchen, 2 toilets, and there is a semi-outdoor space at the back of the house for grilling & there are chairs for drinking coffee too. The atmosphere is calm, you can't see the view of Ciwidey, but the atmosphere in the villa itself is quite pleasing to the eye. There are about 3-4 thin foam mattresses available, lots of blankets, lots of pillows. There is a TV, you can watch Netflix, Disney Hotstar, etc. freely. The toilet in the room has warm water. Cooking & eating equipment is also complete. That's great, really. It's even better if there are fish in the pond for therapy haha. After dawn, try walking to the area outside the villa and the atmosphere is really nice, fresh, beautiful & there are no traffic jams. Overall, highly recommended.
