First, it’s too expensive for the quality of the food.Second, they say it’s halal but it’s not so don’t trust it. We understood it when we asked but that wasn’t really bothering us because we could still order seafood.We ordered Nasi Goreng with prawns but the rice was bad and there were a couple of prawns only (sometimes cut in half). The Tuna Steak wasn’t tasty and there were small portions of french fries. The noodle soup with prawns (still very few) was good but it was too expensive for what it is.

This is a guest house that you will appreciate or not depending on your approach and tastes. If you like to be in an isolated place without real possibility of dining elsewhere and like to share a table d'hôtes with other customers and the owner, if you are not too particular about the comfort and the intensity of the wifi signal but you enjoy the calm of a superb garden, you should enjoy it there. Price significantly above local standards. Half board is in fact unavoidable without choice of menu or prior knowledge of prices. The owner explains his strong taste for spiritual concerns. Not much to do in the immediate area.
