The hostel has a great atmosphere. There is a pool and places to chill. There is also a table tennis table and the possibility to order breakfast and food. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It's amazing to give 5 stars to a little hostel that actually puts you in a capsule to sleep, but aside from the tight sleeping quarters, the place is fantastic. It is very clean and well taken care of, and it has great design and ambiance. The pool of course is the focal point, and everyone hangs out on bean bag chairs. Plus I have a really nice restaurant with very affordable food, especially breakfast. As long as I didn't mind sleeping in a tight space I would return

First, they tried to overcharge me for a scooter, which they fortunately adjusted, but then with the airport shuttle, they suddenly wanted to charge per person instead of per car. It's a shame that they try to make money like that instead of offering good service.

My stay at Ka Niu Lombok Hostel was wonderful. The beds are super comfortable, perfect for resting after a day exploring the island. Additionally, the restaurant's food is delicious, especially the local dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, ideal for meeting other travelers. I will definitely return on my next trip to Lombok. Totally recommended! 🌴🌊

We spent there three days and although the environment is very nice, people working there do not offer a good service. Here are the reasons why:- first of all, it’s the most expensive place we’ve stayed in indonesia. we extended one more night and they charged this night at a higher price than usual. a part from that, we wanted to rent two motorbikes for two days, we asked if it was possible to negotiate the price and their answer was that it was only possible if we rented the scooters for one week (opposite to any other place in indonesia). (Not) surprisingly, you need to leave a deposit for towels 🙄- our last day we decided to have lunch there, not a good idea. food quality is poor and the waiters had our order mistaken (it was not crowded at the moment and we repeated the order a couple of times). Also, when we checked out, reception wanted us to pay again (we payed at the beginning), it does not make any sense, it seems like they don’t know what they are doing.- in terms of rooms, my sister got bitten by bedbugs, we didn’t get any refund. plus, toilets get stucked very easily (one positive thing about this place, they clean the bathrooms everyday).- the only thing good about this place is the restaurant in front of it: Nohi, highly recommended. Excellent coffee and staffIf you have alternatives, choose them and do not come here.

There where soo many bed bugs, my friend couldn’t sleep at all and couldn’t stop scratching for many days. The reception was not friendly at all, and the restaurant service was very confused with our orders. And about the toilets, better not to comment. At least its a nice hotel to meet people!

CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE. To start, DO NOT TRUST the reviews you see on booking and Google because there they offer a free coffee or tea in exchange for you writing a 5-star review. Apart from this, unlike any stay in Indonesia, in this one you cannot rely on buying services (cleaning clothes, yoga, excursions, surfing...) with them because the prices are much more expensive than what you can find anywhere. Besides, I got bed bugs and they did NOTHING about it. The staff's service was TERRIBLE, I do not recommend eating at their restaurant, they made a mistake with our entire order and they did not change it for what we really ordered, they simply ignored us. The bathrooms were another big disappointment, the toilets got clogged every time you flushed paper, they were always filled with floating shit, disgusting. They do not have enough motorcycles to rent to their clients.

Disappointing and Dishonest: After leaving the hotel, I returned the same day to retrieve belongings I had forgotten, including a phone charger and other personal items left on the bed. The staff claimed to have found nothing, yet I discovered some of my belongings thrown in the trash. As for my charger, it is of course nowhere to be found. The hotel didn't even wait 24 hours before getting rid of my belongings. Very poor management and unacceptable attitude.

The hostel itself is nice, but I got bedbugs there, and at least two other guests did as well. When I reported it to the staff, they didn't believe me and I had to argue for a refund when I left early because of that.

The hostel is welcoming, there is a very good atmosphere. The capsules are spacious and there is enough space to store your things. The beds are comfortable. The toilets and showers are clean. The staff who work there are very nice, they give you a hand with everything you need. Recommended 100%.

Good hostel overall but some negative points, quite late check-in time. Nothing to hang your things in the showers, it's really not practical. The wifi does not work everywhere (especially in the rooms). For the price we expect a little better.It stays clean and pretty, and well placed.
