IT'S VERY HOT, the AC isn't working, I complained to the staff and couldn't even fix it, even though I ordered AC, if you knew the AC wasn't working, why would you sell the room??? My room happened to be upstairs

WISMA AMBASSADOR BAD SERVICE.tonight's experience, from Sampit I came to the cage because my brother-in-law was getting married. We decided to stay at HOTEL WISMA DUTA KANDANGAN. Before I went there I called, the hotel asked how many men and how many women. I said 3 girls and 1 boy. The hotel asked again what the meaning of 1 room for men and 1 room for 3 women. I said "no, I'm with my husband and my sister and my mother" but the hotel's response was surprising. The woman from the hotel said, "If you are already married, I will ask for proof of marriage, ID card and marriage book because there is a raid at the hotel tonight," she said that in a very curt tone. I answered "I'm going straight to the hotel". It turned out that when he arrived at the hotel he had a problem because my ID card and my husband's had different addresses. I said I'm from Sampit and my husband is from Banjarmasin, so why? Then the hotel said "yes, if there is a raid tonight, you will be the ones affected" I said "go ahead!". This hotel woman's service is not like a human being, no morals, no attitude, full of intimidation.

The hotel is not too big, the service is ordinary. Standard.For a 2+1 room (1 large bed and 1 small bed) the price is 500 thousand/mlm.Breakfast is also standard, limited menu.There is no hot water for bathing, the shower is only warm for about 5 meters then it gets cold.The plus point is that the room smells good. The bed linen, mattress and pillows are clean and smell good

the place is really comfortable, the atmosphere is classic, when you arrive you can immediately check in if the room is available. AC and TV function well. The water is clear and fast. the room is very comfortable. at this price, it's really worth it. 250 thousand (includes VAT) and you can get an AC room. where do you want to go? The dispenser on the terrace works well.

The hotel is very nice, attractive, sprinkled with a classic and cool feel, the rooms smell nice, neat, cold air conditioning, there is a cupboard and a TV, the service is good and friendly, the breakfast is delicious, but later if I stay there, I can order breakfast with bread as the theme because I don't like rice, the bathroom is clean and nice
