Great place and great host in a very quiet garden not too far from the busy centre of Ubud. I loved my room, they were very spacious with a big bathroom and a nice private patio to chill outside. Pool available as well.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the first thing the person who greeted us said was not "welcome," but rather that there was a "no children" policy in place, which was not reflected on the website where we made our reservation. This was disappointing.With that reception, we started looking for another place. However, the same person told us that the room was already ready and we had it reserved anyway. In short, we were not welcomed properly but were told to stay. The hotel is quite old, although its decor is interesting. The breakfast is very limited, not appetizing at all, and to our surprise, it was full of children from another group.The sheets had a terrible damp feeling, so we had to cover ourselves with our own clothes. In other words, DO NOT GO there, with or without children. There was zero empathy and connection. Please, do not engage in hosting people.

As the name suggests, it is a secret garden. It was my paradise. Since there are only 8 rooms, it was difficult to get a reservation, so this was my first time staying there. It's family-run and the people are nice and calm, making me feel very comfortable.

It is close to the center of ubud. Breakfast is good and abundant. The place is quiet and beautiful, with lots of vegetation.The pool was not operational and we didn't know until we got there.It is advisable to put up the mosquito net because many bugs enter.He was kind enough to wait for us on the first day, although

Loved our stay. Felt more like a home than a hotel. The perfect location for us, away from the busyness of the city, but still plenty to explore. Loved the rice field walk at sunset and the walk into town over the bridge. A very special spot. Thank you Michel.

We were very well received by Michel, his wife and the entire team who are extremely welcoming.The room was very spacious and very clean. It had a mini fridge, a large bench seat to store your suitcases and a large terrace. The outdoor bathroom is great.The swimming pool is very nice and the massage we chose was fabulous.Thank you very much for this stay.

We are leaving at this moment this fantastic place absolutely recommended! Very quiet place, almost unreal compared to the chaos of Ubud: it feels like being in paradise. We traveled around a lot seeing things that were very different from our reality but on the way back we enjoyed the pool as if it were just for us! The rooms are ultra spacious and clean! The breakfast avoids the waste and excess of buffet resorts but is plentiful and absolutely satisfying! If you are looking for something typical but quiet, if you don't like hotels with a thousand rooms, this place is highly recommended!
