I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was brand-new. The sea view from the large window was absolutely stunning, a real highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was amazing—I even swam in the rain, and it was such a refreshing experience! Breakfast had a great variety of choices. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable option with a high-end resort feel. Plus, it’s only a short 20-minute walk to the beach and nearby shops, which is super convenient!

The cons are upon arrival I was asked to leave a security deposit of 1000 baht (30 USD). I only had dollars and therefore my passport was held until checkout. Also I paid for a room with a king size bed and a sea view. Two single bed mattresses were combined to create a “king” size mattress and there is no view of the sea at all. My view was of the parking lot, and nearby buildings. Wi-fi survive is very slow. Some employees are very weird and just stare. About an hour before checkout my room door was opened while I was in the shower and none of the staff seem aware of who opened the door. Definitely over priced for quality of service. The pros are the female staff and boy in reception are extremely kind and welcoming. Also the the hotel rooms/ common area are kept clean and breakfast was decent. I give my overall experience 2/5 and that’s being generous.

Regardless of the environment, atmosphere, and service, it is all five-star. It will definitely be your first choice when visiting Phuket in the future! There are also shopping streets, massage parlors, nail salons, restaurants, etc. nearby, all within a 2-3 minute walk. The hotel's infinity pool is also very clean, and there is a bar next to it where you can drink cocktails and drinks. The hotel is everywhere They are all great to take pictures, so be sure to check them out!

The hotel is in a quite good localisation, the rooms are nice and modern, staff were accommodating. However, the drawback was that in the room there was no place/hook to hang shower or bath towels. Additionally, even though we had our breakfasts early in the mornings, the food was always cold.

The hotel is newly renovated, beautiful all around 😍 rooftop pool overlooking the whole of Patong. Price quality is beyond praise! Delicious breakfast! The rooms have a large and comfortable bed with lighting, a hairdryer, and pillows of varying hardness. Cleaned every day. This is the best hotel in Patong!

Very good experience with the staff. Always friendly, with a smile on their face and helpful. The rooftop lounge has a beautiful view and I would recommend a cocktail at happy hours!

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Will have to pay a deposit of 1000 THB in cash which is a con. I stayed in other hotels but there were no such deposits. Breakfast doesn't have many options. Slow WiFi, rooms are not quiet and noise from other rooms can be heard. Small balcony. The toilet doesn't have much leg room and it is difficult to use. The bar was closed on a Sunday for a private party and there was no prior notice given to us.

We ended up in this hotel for a day, by “fortune”, we liked the attentive attitude of the staff, everyone was friendly and positive, the room was cozy and clean, there were toiletries (toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, shower gel), and the pool was The 6th floor won my heart❤ I hope we’ll get there on our way back from Samui too🙂
