I hate doing this but I really disliked this villa. The 1-star is completely based on the room that I got. I've stayed in several villas in Canggu and all around Bali in the past so my issue has nothing to do with the area.My problem here was with the room itself. I'll start with the little things. I'm working while I travel so I need to have good WiFi and electricity, but the WiFi was probably the worst that I've ever experienced and the electricity went out at least 3-4 times per day.The flooring in the room was a bit dirty and almost dangerous. Floorboards were broken and the flooring in that part of the room seemed like it would collapse under my weight if I ever walked there. I think the holes in the flooring caused bugs to get in, including a huntsman spider that I almost stepped on in the shower, and maybe the biggest roach I've ever seen. I could hear something large running around in the walls at night and I assumed that it was mice so I slept with the lights on so I wouldn't accidentally step on one if I went to the bathroom at night. I never saw mice, but something was playing in the walls at night. I figured they're what's chewing on the wires and causing my electricity to keep going out.If you stay here DO NOT keep any food in the room (I had a bag with a couple of items from the grocery that were factory-wrapped in plastic but that's what attracted the giant roach). Also I broke out in bites from something all over my chest while staying here...I can't really blame them for this because I don't know what caused it, but it did go away after I moved out. I don't think it was bedbugs, but that was a concern for a little while. I'm guessing it was 20-30 bites on my chest.The premises themselves were fine. No complaints about anything except the room. Honestly, I think they should shut down for the low-season, fumigate and fix the run-down rooms.

Stayed here for a month. Loved the location.However the room we had was right next to a night club and every Thursdays and Sundays it vibrated the windows til 3am. So if you have work on Friday’s and Mondays I wouldn’t recommend this.Rooms were rundown. No hot water but at least Bali is humid.Staff were so sweet. With wonderful mr smiley and boss always cheerful.Rooms cleaned everyday however there was no refill on toilet paper and towels.We had a long stay and I feel like they could have given us a better deal on the room since there was basically no one else staying in the 12 bedroom complex.Very overpriced.I loved the garden area. Yoda did a great job at maintaining the facilities.

The location was very good in the heart of canguu. Walking distance to the beach and close to the best cafes, restaurants and bars. The rooms were a bit run down but they were a nice layout with a good outdoor shower. Me and my wife stayed there for a month and we were pretty much the only ones there the whole time so that was nice and peaceful. The pool area and gardens were well kept by the exceptional gardening team led by yoda. The staff were helpful but we had to ask for towels and toilet paper quite a bit because they didn’t restock every day. The room was a bit overpriced for what it was but the location made up for it.

It was easy to get around because it was in the center of Canggu. PennyLane is right across from the accommodation. It was great to go for breakfast.I don't think the room information on the reservation site was correct. I thought all the rooms visible through the door were for exclusive use, but that wasn't the case. I think they should have marked them properly in the photo.

The advantage of this accommodation is that it is in front of peny lane, so you can visit comfortably without a reservation.The refrigerator/electricity/hot water facility was broken, but it was fixed relatively quickly.WiFi is not available in the roomThe air conditioner in the Lavender room was not cool.The area under the outdoor sofa was dirty with animal feces, but they didn't clean it up.I was tired of asking at the reception so I just put up with it.Managers provide cleanliness training and improve accommodation facilitiesPlease invest in

Disgusting nasty room with a very loud (almost broken) airco? When we told the reception they just said oh sorry and then they asked us to give a 5 star review on airbnb :/ Our door did not even close all the way. What they do on airbnb is only give back reviews when they know for sure that the guest was 100% happy so they keep their “good” score on airbnb. Do not book here as this is a rather scammy not honest place.

First time staying in this villa with my big family. Was horrified with the number of mosquitoes as we have babies. The shower heater in all the bathroom except one weren't working and they were dirty too (the toilet bowl, the sink, the bathtub). The swimming pool was very dirty that my family member needed to borrow a net to take the leaves out. The pool floor was very slimy imagine having kids swimming in there. Not to mention the internet connection was super bad in the bedroom even though the housekeeper already put an extension just outside the room. Overall experience was disappointing. I was hoping I could get out of there asap. Luckily we only stayed there for a day. I wanted to give it a 0 star if I could

Thank you for allowing us to check in early and when we check out we can leave our items.Everyone was friendly to serve us.The room was also tidied up while we were having lunch.Standard type room: double bed 4 pillows: comfortable. Table chairs, wardrobe, there is a table and chairs in front of the room which are also private. AC, water heater works well. The bathroom type is a shower, not a bathtub.The place is practically near the sea so you can walk and surf straight away.There are also 2 swimming pools. There are tables and chairs beside them, perfect for WFH.There is just one urgent minus, although the internet is provided with 4 wifi, it is not stable.I'll accept the following :)There was a little noise from the party restaurant in front of the villa, but it was covered by the sound of the AC and dryer in the bathroom.Oh, there's also no drinking water heater for drinking coffee, so if you want to stay a long time, try bringing your own.There's no refrigerator, so it doesn't seem suitable for a long stay.For food stall type food, there are quite a few close by and they taste delicious.

Very centrally located - unfortunately the pool was dirty and the water in the room didn't work for a day. The towels weren't changed in the three rooms - that was a bit stupid - otherwise you can recommend the hotel

It is really a beautiful place. You have a quite private space. The garden is beautiful. The room and the bathroom were a bit too humid. The bathroom was not that clean. The sleeping room and the bed were very clean. Its a surprisingly calm place in the middle of Canggu. Unless it’s Saturday and Sunday night..then a neighbor (club?bar?) is playing very loud music until 2am. I used earplugs, but still did hear the music and couldn’t sleep.All together there are better places for the price you pay.

I stayed in this place about couple of weeks monthly during nearly 2 years...I am thankful to all the staff at Radian Villa for taking care so well of me and my family.I still feel it as my second home. This place is in our heart.
