Amazing place. Secluded beach. Beautiful bamboo bungalows, excellent food, very kind and helpful staff. Coral reef nearby, ideal for snorkeling. Highly recommended amd definitely worth the 2 hour boat ride from Wakai.

We have just returned from a week's stay at Lia Beach and we would have stayed even longer.The warm, family-friendly and very customer-focused welcome makes it a most extraordinary experience.Upix, Ifa and the whole smiling team really listen to our desires.IFA is by far the best cook in all of Indonesia. Fantastic place just three bungalows in a small white sandy bay. Beautiful sea, sun and tranquility, fabulous sunsets. Organize snorkeling and excursions to do with their boat. Kayak available to visit the small nearby bays. The bungalows are open bamboo beautiful and spacious. Good and varied cuisine. It was a wonderful experience, a big thank you to Upik, Ifa, and all the guys who, with their smile, attention and availability, made us feel like family.

It’s a heavenly place, the sea is transparent and there are thousands of fish.Upik and his team are adorable and caring. The boys are endearing, smiling and always available.The cuisine is balanced and the best in all of Indonesia! Thank you Ifa, Upik and the boys!We had a timeless experience. It is with a very heavy heart that we left them. We will come back !

So let's say that this new management didn't start very well, I'll tell you what happened. I arranged with Lia Beach to stay 4 nights, the last of my holiday in Togean, we organized everything, even the precise time at which the boat would come to pick me up at the previous resort. These criminals, because that's the only way they can be defined, at a certain point in August decided that they wanted an advance on the booking, which is fine if it weren't for the fact that they knew that I was already around the Togean and therefore without the slightest connection in most of places. So I read the email later, too late, that they had canceled my reservation and in the middle of August I had to look for another place to stay for the last 4 days, obviously all without connection and having to go to every little beach to ask if there was room. The place will certainly be beautiful like all the places in Togean which are a true paradise so go there but they are criminals, don't trust them. I wonder if they decided to ask me for an advance, when they knew I couldn't give it to them, because I travel alone and they take less money if you're alone? In Italy they say that it is a sin to think badly but it is also said that often by thinking badly one finds the truth.

Lia Beach is definitely one of the last real paradises.For the new operators, Opic and his team work tirelessly to ensure that the guests in the three bungalows in the bay have an unforgettable time. The food is delicious and varied, the bungalows are comfortable.All desired excursions can be organised. Reef number 6 is only about 1km away, but a snorkeling trip right in front of the bay is also worthwhile.There is a happy and family atmosphere. Suitable for couples and families.

Fantastic! Marion and epo are perfect hosts, very friendly, accommodating and not intrusive. We were able to sleep in the paradisiacal bungalow for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute on the island. We had a wonderful fishing trip with epo and it seemed like we all really enjoyed the day!The food was fantastic too! Super tasty, always freshly cooked and prepared with a lot of love.We can only warmly recommend Lia and would love to come back again and again.Hopefully see you soon, Thank you for the great days and an unforgettable time!All the best,Olivia and Willy
