We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Shoutout to Golf and Sakol, who were so friendly and very helpful! The Bangtao Beach is also very nice. |We have only ordered breakfast, it was fine, mix of Asian and western cuisine. Close to this hotel is a 7/11 and many many restaurants.

Nice, cozy hotel with a convenient location and excellent breakfast! Opposite the hotel across the road there is a 7Eleven convenience store, next to the hotel there are small fruit markets (left and right), exchange and various delicious cafes! I would especially like to highlight Daniel from the hotel staff - a Russian-speaking young man, very responsive! He told me everything about the hotel, helped me resolve the issue with my room, and even told me about the attractions of this area of Phuket!!! Thank you!!!

The first time I visited Thailand, we chose a specially quiet area, plus a magnificent beach - Bangtao, sand, no immediate depth. What is worth noting about the hotel is that the water in the pools is sea, which is incredibly pleasant and useful! The administrator Daniel, a pleasant, Russian-speaking guy, helped us find our way, helped with all the questions that arose, also with organizing transfers to the hotel and other issues that arose during the trip, suggested what to visit, and at the reception desk they helped us upgrade the level of the room. We came for 10 days. We arrived in Thailand for the first time, and we were immediately met at the hotel by the friendly administrator Daniil, who showed us everything and told us everything. Our room was spacious with a balcony, our room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed. For breakfast you will find a delicious buffet with a variety of food (pancakes, omelettes, etc.), for dinner they bring you a menu, everything is just as tasty, the waiters are friendly, quick service. An excellent comfortable room, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there are enough shelves and shelves for things, a good closet, everything is at hand in the bathroom. Cleaned very well, linen and towels changed every day. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the beach is gorgeous. An excellent restaurant for those who only take breakfast, delicious and elegantly served, the price is only slightly higher than outside the territory. High-quality massage on site, prices are the same as in the city. The food is very decent, everything is fresh and tasty. Great beach, the sea under your feet! Beautiful setting, resort is gorgeous. The room is big with everything you need. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grounds are well maintained with clean pool areas. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. It's only our 3rd night, and we have fallen in love with this resort.Would highly recommend it to everyone.I am looking forward to the rest of our stay.

The exterior facilities are better than the interior ones, the rooms need renovation, stained walls, they have a mattress and on top of it a type of sponge that bends very uncomfortable, the bedding with stains, the bathrobes as well as the pool towels are very old, faded. The shower leaked everywhere, there was no water power and the floor was always in a puddle. The TV did not connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. They made us wait another hour to give us the room and it was 3 in the afternoon. On the other hand, the outside facilities, swimming pool, sun loungers, gardens, etc. are very good, as is the attention of the workers, who are very friendly. The buffet is large and varied.There is a 7/11 (store) in front where you can find everything cheap.

Russian administrator, Daniel. He met us upon check-in and explained everything clearly. He works almost every day. When any questions arose, he always helped with practical advice.

We arrived very late at night, so we didn’t have much time to inspect the room. However, today, when I went to make a cup of tea, I discovered an eaten apple left next to the teapots.This raised concerns about the room's hygiene, so we contacted the reception. Unfortunately, their response was inadequate, and no action was taken.The following day, we spoke with a staff member named David. He mentioned that they would investigate the door lock to determine if anyone had entered our room. After a few hours, David reported that no one had entered the room except us and implied that the apple's freshness indicated it hadn't been there for two days, indirectly suggesting we might have caused the issue.We were already frustrated with the condition of the room, and the staff's dismissive attitude only added to our dissatisfaction.
