Terrible service! In my entire life I have never met someone at reception as unfriendly as in this hotel. As soon as we arrived, a cold and distant treatment, as if our arrival bothered him. We asked about the price of a motorcycle and he charged us 200,000 rupees (when in Bali we paid 70,000), it is true that we arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon, without eating and very tired and in the end we agreed to rent it for 175,000. When we had already agreed on the price, he told us that it will take 20 minutes but that if we are hungry we can stay and eat something at the same hotel. We finished eating at 5:30 p.m. but he decided to charge us after 5:00 p.m., which is when he said it was ready. (The time thing is important because he intended to charge us for the rent for the entire day, for those hours, but he finally agreed to rent it until the same time the next day, arguing that it was 24 hours). The next day we arrived late than the agreed time, 7:00 p.m. because we went far and it was late. He was at the door waiting and pointing at the clock, making an obvious face that we were late. We apologize and agree to pay for the delay but again, he wants to charge 175,000 for the full day. Obviously we pay for it because we don't want conflict. That is, we ended up paying €15 to rent the motorcycle for a day, in Indonesia that is a lot of money. In addition, he asked us for the keys at the time, when according to his explanations we would then have the right to use it until the next day. We are left with the feeling of constant scam on the part of this man, of wanting to get the money from you at all costs. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all. With how friendly people are in this country, it's a shame that there are people like that working with tourists.

Very happy staying here.When staying in Lombok, I deliberately look for accommodation that is not far from the city center, but with a beach feel.Previously, I stayed in the Kuta and Senggigi areas, but the location was far from Lombok.So, for this hotel, the location is around 10-15 minutes from the city. I got the feel of a cottage but close to town.Most like the pool, the atmosphere, the room is spacious and the hotel staff are very helpful ^^

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, the bed was comfortable, the sheets clean. The bathroom is cute on the outside but we can see that it is starting to deteriorate.The doors are made of wood and humidity blocks and squeaks quite a bit.The breakfast is plentiful, with a fairly large choice.The hotel is far from all the centers of interest, but with the scooters everything is done very well, the scooter rental is more expensive at the hotel I recommend taking your scooters elsewhereOverall, it's a very good hotel, but not quite up to the standard of 4 stars.
