Great villa not far from Ubud downtown. Quiet place great for families. Excellent service. Kafuk is an extraordinary landlord. Always helpful at any time and situations. Also the staff very nice and friendly. If you go to Ubud with kids, that’s the best place.

Incredible place, very nice and great service. Kafuk and the staff will help you with whatever you need. The villa is great, big rooms, clean and a great pool. The atmosphere is super relaxing and quiet. Air conditioning and hot showers.

It was great to stay!I am filled with gratitude for the hospitality of the owner.The breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied.I wake up early in the morning to the sound of roosters chirping.I was happy to have a fresh experience.I will come stay again.

A magnificent place, we were a family of 10 and the whole house was for us 😁 Kafuk and his staff take great care to make us feel good, never far away if we need something, and very discreet at the same time time 👍🏻 Everything was organized on site, transport, visits, excursions...rafting on the Ayung River, Mount Batur at sunrise, teggalalang rice fields...The rooms are great, view of the rice field, beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast is super plentiful and delicious, mini bar available... and on lazy days or late returns, no problem, super Kafuk orders the meal for you delivery !The villa is just out of the way enough to get out of the hustle and bustle of Ubud, in 15 minutes on foot you are on the main road, the market is not far away! A great stay, we had a blast, thank you Kafuk! Terima Kasih!What a wonderful stay at Kicen Villas, Kafuk is so nice, so helpful... Kafuk's place is very cute, with a nice swimming pool and ricefields view 😍 If you want to go anywhere, Kafuk will manage all 👍🏻 Teggalalang, Batur mount , ayung river rafting... Just tell him, and let's go!The villa is ideally placed, Ubud main road is only 15 minutes walking, so you avoid noise and traffic in order to enjoy the nature and the calm of this little piece of paradise.Thank you so much Kafuk and your staff 🙏🏻Nicolas and the ten people family!

We really loved the villa (we had it entirely for us)! The pool is very nice (much nicer than in the pictures), the rooms are big and with good beds, you have a big livingroom outside and one inside. There are 3 boys here from the staff that cook for you (if you want) and clean.We will come back here for sure.

We just had a lovely stay here with our family and extended family. It's been one of my favourite places to stay so far. A little off the track but if you love scootering like us, then it's close to town. Kafuk, Nyoman and Bobby were such hospitable hosts and we had a fantastic breakfast together as a family on our first morning. The view from our room and from the outside table and lounge was unbelievably gorgeous, the rice paddies were growing so they were a beautiful green. I would happily recommend this place to big families or groups of friends. Just park down on the street though and the boys will bring your baggage up the alleyway as there is no driveway.

We spent 4 nights at Villa Kicen Ubud. Kafuk and his team provided us with the best possible service. A royal welcome, total availability, and such kindness. We could ask for anything. They organized transfers, meal delivery, massages at the villa, laundry, and the breakfasts were delicious.The place is heavenly with a splendid swimming pool in the center of the 6 rooms, overlooking the rice field. Magic

A very nice villa with calm surrounding and atmosphere. A great place to switch off and spend time with your loved one.They also do daily cleaning and all rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Very recommended.

We had so much fun. The kids love TV channel which having alot of kids programme. The villa is exceptionally clean. Relative a new villa. Even though we are in pandemi, they did maintenance in routine.
