The lady at reception was quite unfriendly and she didn't even say hello or anything like that. The rooms look like the pictures, but the sink has a yellow stain, probably because the faucet drips all the time. Unfortunately, the towel holder cannot be used because you would otherwise have it in your hand. However, you could borrow umbrellas for free. The beds are okay, but a bit sagging and the duvet cover always slips off. Breakfast can't really be described as such, there is some toast and rice, but not even proper cutlery. You can hear the noise from the street for a long time because of all the bars that are there. I can't recommend it and wouldn't book it again.

I stayed for 1 night in a double room with private bathroom before boarding my sailing trip - here my experience+ easy to find, location great if you want to be close to the marina (for me ideal because of my sailing trip)+ extremely well priced!! Big room with own bathroom, fridge, water cooling device, tv …- they have several labels „cashless payments preferred“ and „accepting visa“ when when I went to the little hostel store I could not pay the sunglasses with card- the staff speaks almost no English- my air conditioning was „working“ but no cool air came out - it was so hot in my room that I almost could not stand it- the free included breakfast is VERY basic - I guess for the price I could not expect much, hot water (for tee or coffee), bananas, cookies and juices, toasted break with yam or butter - but not even knives to put the butter on the bread :)- fairly noisy - you hear all songs from the bars outside including the carsSo all in all very cheap and fine for 1 night but that cheapness also comes with a cost 🙃

I mistakenly made a reservation for the wrong dates via booking and they send me to write direct to the hotel.I did write them to email, facebook, booking and explained the situation. I wanted to change the dates two days prior and I checked their available dates which were available but i got NOTHING, not a one single replay.The charged me the full amount, which I don’t blame them because it was my mistake, but their customer service is awful.

The staff were not that nice and not helpful. The area it is located in is not pleasant and very remote as it is not possible to swim there or do anything there. The room was perfectly fine!

Ok place, 4 bedroom dorm was nice. Had a great sleep and alot of space. Good spot to stay for diving tours etc.

Terrible experience, once we arrived we was met by an awful smell of mould and wet, the keys for our room did not work and we had to try 3 different ones until it worked, once inside the smell was even worse and the room was particularly dirty. Sleeping was also impossible due to the location being sorounded by bars which were playing loud music until 3am.If you are considering to stay here I’d say look for another place.

Walked upstairs and was immediately met a foul smell, we then got to the room where the key didn’t work. After eventually getting that problem resolved we walked in and the smell was even worse and could hear loud music playing extremely Loud (which played past 3am). The location was surrounded by bars because of this it was nearly impossible to fall asleep. I don’t normally make reviews on google but I just hope no one has to pay to experience what we did.

Over the past year, we have visited more than one hotel and this hotel is rightfully awarded the title of the most terrible place where we have ever stayed. I am writing this after my emotions have cooled down, I will show you the dry facts.The most rude and insensitive staff I have ever met. Requests for room cleaning are not responded to.Even if they clean your room, no one will change your bed linen.Terrible old rubber mattresses on which, due to their material, it is impossible to sleep. Be prepared for your skin to come into contact with them.All the bedding is full of holes. Towels too.There was a lot of swimming everywhere. Photo below.Dirty windows. Broken chair, hanger, air conditioner remote control. The toilet hasn't been cleaned for what seems like a month.A bonus will be parties until the morning, in bars that are located 5 meters from the hotel) but, of course, you won’t find information about this anywhere in advance)Also the information that the first floor of the hotel will always be occupied by people who do not live here and are simply going on excursions organized by the hotel.The worst thing is the dust to which I am allergic. And you can't do anything about it. Since the staff cannot explain what exactly is the matter. I think the curtains haven’t been washed for at least a year, since every time you come into contact with them, dust falls directly onto your head and into your eyes.The bottom line is this: if you respect yourself and your time, it’s better to choose another hotel FOR THE SAME price, and there are quite a few of them in Phuket.
