Looking for a villa in Jogja, finally I found a place that was surprisingly beautiful and really tropical, the plus point was that it was close to the coffee philosophy because I really wanted to go there, right? The villa is really comfortable, all the facilities are okay, the service is okay, the only downside was that suddenly lots of ants were all over our food

I have used a smart TV, I can use Netflix, the room is comfortable, clean, the bathroom is semi-outdoor, the swimming pool is also clean, the staff is friendly and responds quicklyThere are free ducks in the swimming pool plus if you book on the website breakfast is includedThe location is a bit close to the coffee philosophy, the swimming pool concept is outdoor so be careful if you swim, your next door neighbor/resident's house can see you.

The place is a bit inside. But access is still okay on wide roads. The concept of a villa and cafe on the edge of the rice fields. With a private pool, perhaps the pool is too open because it turns out it directly displays a view of active rice fields and there are still farmers' activities. The top of the toilet is also slightly open. So at night it's a bit of fun. Because some of them are full of glass, so during the day the AC doesn't feel cold enough, the room is hot. But the experience is okay. Worth to try

I really liked coming here for my honeymoon. Service, cleanliness, service are all the best. Even though the staff is not on standby, they respond quickly via Chat if you need anything. The breakfast is also delicious 💯/10. I only regretted it last night 😭😭I'll come back here again 🥰🥰🥰

Come here for your honeymoon, highly recommended. Staying here feels like you're in your own villa: (clean place, friendly service, you get floating breakfast too. For the honeymoon package, you're given a cake. There's a welcome drink, the facilities are really good, really ♡ next time, if you have the luck, you'd really like to stay overnight I'm here

AAAA really like Ubu Villa🥹❤️ it smells great, I really like the room, the staff are friendly. The facilities are all okay, the AC is cold, Netflix is smooth, WiFi is smooth, everything is okay. There is also a cafe in front of the villa and the food is really delicious😭❤️ the staff is also the best. I will miss you and will come back again, God willing, thanks Ubu Villa

The place is aesthetic but there are several shortcomings1. Input for the management... the view of the rice fields turns out to be active rice fields, there are still people passing by the rice fields, so people passing by the area can see visitors who are in the swimming pool and also the view of the main road after the rice fields, if you are on a honeymoon Not enough privacy, Big No...2. The bathroom isn't neat so it's still open at the top, which I don't like... because the back wall is just a hole in the railing which isn't safe, at night you can imagine there are banana trees and jackfruit trees from outside still visible in the bathroom.3. The staff wasn't very good, because there was no CS phone when checking out, at exactly 12 o'clock I knocked on the room, then he said please, sir, we'll give you 10 more minutes... whaaat, I entered the room at 9 pm, I I'm not complaining, the welcome drink hasn't been out yet, it's still in the refrigerator... I'm also waiting for the staff at the cafe which is not a standby at check-in.
