Unprofessional and disrespectful owner! She changed my booking dates hours before I arrived and I had nowhere to stay after an exhausting day of travel. She continued lied to the booking company and me, but the manager told the truth that they last minute canceled my reservation because one of the customers wanted to stay longer. It took hours of being on the phone to figure out how she cancelled my booking and get a refund. She denied it when I talked to her on the phone and refused to answer or respond to the booking company. Horrible service, lying and avoiding responsibility of her unprofessional actions. Do not support or stay here. Also the photos of surrounding property are misleading but I did not see the inside of the room. Cost me lots of money to get a place to sleep as it was late at night and anything available were luxury hotels, or hostels. 0/10 rating. Again do not support this scam artist.Glad I got my money back.* reply. I made the booking on the 10th of August and you cancelled on the 12th of August. So that is false and impossible that you cancelled the booking 5 days before. Again not truthful about your role in the matter. Also I change the review to reflect that the surrounding property did not match the photos accurately, and yes I obviously didn’t see inside the room as I was unable to check in. Yes your returned my money date I spent hours in the phone with Agoda. So as far as I’m concerned the “scammer” comment was that I received a confirmation email yet it was not available and you cancelled at 3pm on the day I was checking in according to my email records. Again, this was unprofessional and I caused me considerable distress. Please be more honest about your actions

I lived with my wife for a month. Very comfortable, bright rooms with fresh renovation. Interesting interior, unlike many other options. Responsive owner. I liked everything very much. We will definitely come to you next year.

I lived here for 4 months, the room with a Mega cool window, light, comfortable, spacious, great bed, sleep great. The room has everything you need, the furniture is new, the renovation is new, there is no mold - which is rare in Bali!There were difficulties with hot water, but everything was done, the owners quickly responded to requests. The kitchen is also fully equipped: cooler, pans, everything is newThank you🙏
