Had a really bad experience with hotel staff
They mentally tortured us for 4 long hours with our bookings and check in.
Worst hotel management I have experienced.
Please avoid this hotel or your holiday might get spoil.

Spacious room, clean bedding, bathroom could do with improvements but has good water pressure, neat property grounds, walking distance to sea facing f&b, property is located off the main street at point of review so no traffic sounds when sleeping.

I stayed on the deluxe villa before this and it was really good. But this room not so much. Problem with the shower head and the washroom doesn't look good. Decent place for the price you pay. I would upgrade it to the deluxe

First time all over the world, got bed bug bites on my leg. Hopefully they can clean all rooms well in the future. Otherwise location is close to centre 3km and opposite beach and resort. You can hire a scooter from them also.

I booked for 4 days, but got sick before the trip, asked to reschedule my reservation before arrival, did not cancel and waited for an answer. On the day the reservation was activated, they responded in the evening and noted that I had arrived. They asked for a document about illness, I wrote to them directly, but they stopped responding and all the money went to them. After this, my booking account was blocked. Lost more than $100. Be careful before booking, contact in advance or cancel without waiting for a response from the hotel.

Nicely maintained small property. Nice and spacious enough room. The bathroom/toilet is not very clean. Comfortable bed. Medium sized pool. Nice and well behaved staff. Location is good, just 4km from harbour. Near to beach. Value for money.

Cheap price. However, the bungalows are not in good condition.The bathroom is really bad and we suspect that it is not cleaned properly. The toilet was broken and the floor was full of water after flushing.The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in cobwebs and the shower head and fittings were full of limescale.The sink wasn't clean when we arrived. After the second day we asked for fresh towels and were told we would get them.However, our used towels were simply folded and put back on the bed. That is not how it works.When we asked for pool towels, we were told that unfortunately there were no more and there were only 4 in total. We then got 1 normal towel together because there was only 1 fresh one left. Something urgently needs to change and be increased here!The bed was comfortable and the facility was generally nice and had potential. However, it would have to be renewed.Location is good as there are some good restaurants nearby.

Terrible!Very smart staff, where they can cheat you they do it with their eyes closed.Don't be fooled by the photos... outside the villas are very nice and so is the swimming pool except that:-the bathrooms are latrines not even in Auschwitz- we paid for a room for 5 days, and they don't have hot water, we pointed it out to them, they changed our room and gave us another one with the same problem (cold shower for 5 days, paid for), in fact, the last one didn't work not even air conditioning (paid for that too)- they say they have a TV, it's a shame that in the first room there was neither a socket nor an antenna, in the second room there wasn't even a TV- the beach does not exist, it is a seaweed cultivation-The wardrobe doesn't exist-scooter rental €5 per day, small clarification: scooter without brakes we fell twice-breakfast paid for 5 days, there is no breakfast on the last day. They gave it because we got up at 7.30, and they, poor things, start working at 8.What else to say... the choice is yours, hoping you are luckier!Highly not recommended!

Rooms are spacious but lots of cob webs everywhereExcellent distance between rooms & nice spacious garden & swimming poolBut the surrounding restaurant's music can be heard quite loud at night.Location is very near Freedive Nusa & Nuansa Pulau coral restoration centre and a few coffee shops around.Nobody behind the reception counter most of the time and they can forget to turn on the water pipe for your room.But the AC's cold & the hot Waters'proper hot.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff with suggestions on places we should visit. Room is nice and comfy. Toilet not that clean but still acceptable. Water pressure for shower in our room is quite disappointing.

When we arrived there was no warm welcome. Everything felt weird, they looked suprised we got there. . There was no explanation or something, just got our key. The staff was friendly tho, but that’s it.The room was okay. No warm water at all, that sucked.The breakfast was one toast and some egg k 1 glass of drink. Not sure, but for me that wasn’t enough…The pool was okay, just a broken lamp floating around holding on to the cable. Not sure if that’s really safe tho

The property is in dire state with room and amenities poorly managed and maintained. The pictures from the website are probably from the pre-pandemuc era and no longer reflects the true current state. Checked in with a broken toilet that was fixed the following day. Only 3 staffs who works very hard at the entire property, so expects very slow service. Even with great price, I wouldn't stay here because the property lacks the very basic functions and things that are in proper working conditions. So very sad. This is a 1 star villa.Pro: Reasonable large room and good location to few restaurants aroundCons: Slow service, slow intermittent WIFI, no TV in superior rooms, no place to hang clothes in the room, broken toilet, very slow running water, unclean pool with lots of dead bugs in it, limited lounge chair without umbrella, NO hot water, no hairdryer, no hand/face towel, no storage in superior room.

Highly recommend here, clean individual bungalows with comfortable big bed, in well kept grounds and a lovely big clean pool.. friendly ,helpful staff re moped and taxi hire ,especially Astika, ...cool beach bar across the road too
