Went to stay last night and was very impressed. The night shift reception staff were very hospitable. I was impressed. The service fee is very worthwhile. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. The room is very clean. Feels quite safe. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available. Any day I get off work late, I will definitely come back to use the service again.

Have parcel send to ur hotel . But ur staff say no have . Lucky we saw the name and confirm with sender . If not the parcel will belong to urs again . 👍The smoker its me . But i smoke outside and throw to the bottle then take back hotel throw to rubbish bin . We no want argue with u as we rush time head to airport . Disguting staff . Like this also can 😅😅😅RICO Hotel i stay here 3-4 days . Just one cigarette i take ? Please use ur brains to think 🧠RICO Hotelwhy ur hotel dont have poster mentions that cannot throw rubbish in rubbish bin ? Or cannot throw cigarrette inside hotel ???Brainless leh . I am a regular customer, staying at least 1 week per month, maximum 2 weeks, many rooms. Last night I ordered food. The rider left food at the food delivery table provided by the hotel in the lobby area at midnight. When we arrived at the hotel at around 1:00 a.m., the food was missing, so I contacted the hotel to look at the CCTV and see who took it. Got the answer in the morning that The technician just came in and deleted the camera footage. Can't take responsibility Even though I had already informed before the technician came that I would check and most importantly, there was no apology from the employee. Having said that, there is no safety in this way. The employee replied that safety and food were not related. Have employees forgotten that whatever it is, it is worth the money to the customer? The person who loses is the customer. and an incident occurred in the area of your hotel Whose responsibility is the broken camera? The customer? The employee said it was a hotel issue. Shocked!!! End by informing the staff that if this is the case Would probably have to stay somewhere else. To which the employee nodded and smiled. The last time. Regarding employees having no manners Refusing responsibility is not the first time. Don't rest and don't recommend it to anyone!

Whenever I go to Bangkok, I almost always use the service. Because it is in the city and there is convenient parking enough for customers to stay. The staff provide very good service, cute and polite. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Very worth the price. I have recommended many people to stay here. 🥰

Reserved a room and paid for it. Didn't check in, the car had the wheels locked (already paid for the room). The wheels were locked and fined 1,000฿. Very disgusting. If you didn't reserve a room and pay for the room, they'd be happy to give you a fine. But what is this? Paying for the room doesn't allow you to stay in the hotel fully. It sucks. May you prosper.

A nice quiet place with great value. The hotel is located in Chantrakasrm area. It is not far from Ratchadapisek Road. The convenient store is nearby and the cafe is just across the hotel. The room is about the right size, cozy and comfortable. It quiet, peaceful and private. The service is friendly. Recommended.

The room could hear the sound of the hallway too clearly, as if it wasn't soundproof. And when the room above uses water, you can hear the sound of water flowing down the pipe. But overall, the rooms are clean and good, worth the price paid. The remaining parking spaces, scanning the keycard before entering the rooms, are considered safe. There is a coffee machine in the lobby.

💳Superior room, king size bed, book on agoda app. Room price almost 700฿(tax included)/night deposit 500฿📺The room is beautiful as described. In the room there is air conditioning, refrigerator, water heater, hair dryer, TV and can watch Netflix. The floor is wide enough for two people to stay comfortably.🛏️The bed is a bit hard but wide, comfortable to sleep, spacious bathroom.👩💼Lovely staff, good service.📚There is a co-working space for sitting and chilling working.💖There is a 7-Eleven in front of the alley, you can walk there or you can borrow the hotel's bicycle.🚘 There is wide parking. Suitable for people with personal cars. Personally, I don't have a car, so I have to call Grab.

We remember staying here one time last year, the room was quite new. But the floor between each floor is quite Sometimes it was possible to clearly hear the sounds of people walking heavily above. If you come across a room above that is loud and walks often and walks until late at night, it is probably not good for your mental health while resting. We booked directly and the price was quite good. The room price is around 700-790. Try searching on various Traveling Platforms to see if the price is cheap, choose that price. The front staff can take care of customers to a certain extent. The bed here is hard. There are 4 pillows. We appreciate this. No need to ask for more. At this price, it's not like other budget hotels where you have to ask for more. There is a key card security fee of 500 baht, which will be returned after checking out. Since we came It's quite fast. Around 1 p.m. Can we ask for check-in? The lovely lady was able to check us into the room before time. This is considered excellent. Very good, Rico Hotel here is recommended. There is a swimming pool, suitable for taking the family to visit. The staff are well-spoken and cute. I've never read many reviews. So I experienced it myself. Check in around 8/1/24 around 3:00 p.m. Turn on the air conditioner for 15 minutes but it's not cool. Notify the staff to change rooms. He then asked if there was a room with a double bed. I answered OK and then asked if I had used the room yet. I replied that I used the toilet to pee. So I replied that I couldn't change the room.
