Stayed 4 days 3 nights at Anaya Villa, very strategic location close to Jatim Park 3, lots of food choices around, view of Mount Arjuna, very cool air, AC facilities in all rooms, warm water, light snacks, TV + karaoke, location The villa is also very safe, equipped with CCTV and security. Highly recommended to repeat again😁🙏🏻

The villa is homely, luxurious, clean, comfortable and complete with facilities (wifi, netflix, welcome drink and snacks 😍).. the service is also good and friendly... God willing, if you go to Batu Malang again, you can stay at this Anaya villa🥰

Kereeeen, perfect place to stay in Batu, the kids feel at home and want to come back to this villa. The interior is nice, the rooms are luxurious, the kitchen appliances and ameneties are complete, super clean, the facilities are complete, snacks are also provided, wifi, Netflix, karaoke make you want to go everywhere even though the access is close to Jatim Park, etc.The location of the villa in the complex is safe and quiet, you can heal for a while while enjoying the view with cool air.

Our family was very satisfied staying 2 nights at Anaya Villa. Really best value. Suitable for those looking for a place to stay in Batu. The location is close to the tourist attractions Jatim Park 2 et al. It's in a residential complex, so it's quiet. The building is still new, the interior is luxurious and modern, the door uses a smart door (just enter the code), 2 bedrooms use AC (don't use AC, it's already cold) + 2 bathrooms (with heater), complete kitchen with cooking capacity, dispenser (important great for drinking), there is Netflix and karaoke with a 55 inch TV (satisfying watching). Pokoke has very complete facilities. Top markotope. The view is also beautiful, you can see the mountains from the balcony. It really can heal. Only one thing missing, only stayed 2 nights. The villa around the rock is quite comfortable with quite complete facilities. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the 1st floor. You can do karaoke until 9pm. You can do Netflix too. The rooms are quite comfortable, clean, aesthetic. The guards and owners of the villa are quite nice, friendly and fully helpful. I asked the boss who looks after the villa to help me buy eggs and night oil for breakfast. It's quite easy if you want to order go food or want to find a go car or grab one from here. The only minus is that people who go car or go food are a bit confused about finding housing because there is no sign with the name of the housing area.

I was just looking for accommodation that was suitable for a family because I wanted to go on a tourist tour in Batu, and this Anaya Villa appeared. For the size of the villa at an affordable price, it is very good, the facilities you get are very complete and the house is clean and smells good, the housing area is also quite comfortable without any noise from the surrounding environment. Close to tourist attractions and culinary delights. Highly recommended for accommodation while on holiday in Batu, thank you Anaya Villa for a pleasant stay

Stay 9-11 May 2024The building is still new, the interior design is modern and beautiful, activities are downstairs, rest is upstairs. The complement is really awesome ❤️Complimentary refrigerator enough for 4 adults, coffee, tea, noodles, snacks, karaoke, monopoly games, Netflix, Disney, YouTube, full main entertainment 🤭Clean fragrant towels, shampoo, bath soap, dish wash, hand wash, clean neat fragrant rooms, complete kitchen equipment. There is a steamer to make MPASI, a microwave to warm MPASI ❤️The view from the balcony is so beautiful❤️. Recommended for families who want to stay in Malang.FYI, the Kurleb trip is a 25 minute journey to East Java Park 2 peak season.The staff team is friendly, I requested a slice cake for a family birthday, I was given a mini cake and a beautiful greeting card❤️Thank you Anaya for a pleasant stay.
