To get here, access is quite easy, just follow the maps and go up to the special Homestay parking lot at the top.Surprisingly, there were guys who would help carry things from the parking lot to the room. Because you have to go up the stairs depending on the type of room chosen.Clean rooms. There is a hot and cold dispenser, lounge chairs, a kitchen with a simple stove and kettle, a bathroom with a sitting toilet and shower.To get to the beach, just walk down about 100 meters and you don't need to pay any fees. Under this homestay there is also a restaurant that you can visit for coffee, brunch or early dinner because it is open from 11 am to 6 pm.The homestay concept is more traditional with exposed brick walls, similar to old joglos. In the room there is also a 1 PK AC, so it's safe if it's not a hot day.Overall, worth visiting!

The most exciting stay here, a couple room can accommodate 4 people with an additional cost of only 50 thousand excluding the extra bed but you get a breakfast of 4 rice thanks to the plus 4 mineral water (it's really delicious, just less sauceπ
) the staff are friendly, like at home. Hopefully you can visit again another time. Success, always maintain the qualityπ₯°π₯°π₯°

Satisfying... ordered a coupel room weekday for 450k. Facilities: coffee, tea, hitter, complete toiletries, 2 towels, 2 medium size welcome drink mineral water, in the morning you can get 2 packets of breakfast + 2 small mineral waters. There are glasses, plates, spoons, chopsticks, air conditioning, cable rollers and mats too. The towels smell really goodπthe staff are friendly, the room is clean, the environment is well maintained, all the faucets are on, the lights are okay, the wifi is fast. No wonder the rating is 4.9π―. Besides Pins, there are many homestays such as Dell In, Acala Ayu and Segara Resort by Inessya. The views are definitely good polls. To the beach, just go down until you get 4 beaches

Highly recommended accommodation for those who want to enjoy the beach atmosphere. the service is good, everyone is friendly, and the prices are affordable with cool facilities according to the existing catalogue.Access to the beach is also close.Maybe the road access needs to be repaired a bit because there are several spots with holes.but overall everything is satisfactory.maintain the friendliness of the service and the cleanliness of the placeππ

Strategic location, just walk out of the homestay to the left, close to the pretty & friendly beach. Exit to the right to mbuluk beach.Service π friendly & helpful, on the road which rises quite high so the suitcase is helped to be carried to the room.The privacy of the rooms is maintained because the location of room 1 and the others is a distance and a yard. The atmosphere is also calm, not just anyone can enter the homestay area. For the price of 550k, it's worth it. The AC is also cold. There is an electric kettle. The rooms are also quite clean, safe from insects.However, in my opinion, it's still a minus for the bathroom "there's no water heater yet" because in the afternoon coming home from the beach after getting dirty with sand & getting wet and cold, it's nice to just take a warm shower.Overall, I want to visit PINS again.Thank you PINS, hopefully it will be better in the future & recommended ππ

Honest review, God willing.Our family stayed at Pins 3 days 2 nights, thank God, we were satisfied and happy to stay at Pins Homestay, for the price of 450 thousand/night, which is cheap, we added an extra bed, UK. 90x100 per night, the rent was only 50 thousand.1. Place: the room is clean and smells good so it makes you comfortable and at home. The bathroom is clean and smells good too2. Service: the service is very good, the employees are friendly and polite3. You can order food too, and it tastes delicious, the seafood nasgor menu is really delicious4. If you want to go to 3 nearby beaches, just walk and you can go to Mesra Beach, Kukup, Mbuluk Beach and Baru Beach (located next to Mbuluk Beach)5. If you're not traveling and just want to relax in a comfortable homestay, there is a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view of the beach and surroundings from the front of the homestay.6. Oh yes, also prepare tea, coffee and 1 jar of sugar.This is a review from us, God willing, you will be satisfied staying at Pins Homestay

The place is really TOP. Even though the entry access is quite difficult, it is compensated by the view.The service is friendly and okay, suitable for families, access to the beach is also very close.extra bed and extra breakfast are allowed, I can get a unique breakfast... rice wrapped in teak leaves... yummy...Ample parking, prayer room ready, clean and comfortable rooms.The price is worth it.

The experience of staying near the beach was very pleasant.I arrived at the homestay at 13.00 and we were greeted by friendly reception staff. Because check-in time is 14.00 so I can't get in yet. But we can leave our items first at the reception. Then, while we were waiting, we played at the intimate beach. At 13.45 we went up, it turned out we were allowed to go into the room. Staff helped carry luggage up to the room.There is an extra electric plug in the room drawer. Just found out that there are homestays that provide extra electricity plugs. Then in the couple type rooms it turns out that there is also a sink / place to wash cutlery. Don't forget that there is dishwashing soap, I really didn't expect it. Then plates, spoons, forks, knives and glasses are provided. There is also a water heater in the room. Really surprised because this is very helpful for guests like us who really intend to stay, play, but also cook (BBQ) in front of the room.WiFi is provided although the connection is sometimes less than optimal. But it's not bad.For those who don't want to cook in their room and don't want to bother going up and down buying food, you can order food from the homestay restaurant at a very affordable price and have it delivered straight to your room.The night atmosphere there is also very calm and comfortable. While listening to the waves and looking at the fishing boats going out to sea.In the morning, food was delivered which also tasted delicious. Typical regional food there.When I checked out the staff was nice and friendly. Anyway, really satisfied staying there. It doesn't seem like it's enough to just stay overnight there. I feel like I want to go back again.
