I stayed 5 nights at Purple Beach. And frankly nothing to complain about. From the room to the delicious meals to the great cocktails, everything was put forward to make my stay a magical moment. Right on the beach perfect place to chill with attentive staff. Special mentions to Ludo and Laura, the hosts of the place who will advise you on everything related to activity on the island. We had an excellent stay in this hotel facing the sea, the cottages are magnificent and very clean, the bedding is very comfortable we felt at home, the employees take great care and always have a smile, a big thank you to all the staff, we recommend 300%

Everything was perfect from the restaurant to the hotel including the bar, great cocoon place, attentive staff.......noted that the location is ideal for everything....I would come back with pleasure

It's simple, the quality and present on all points.. After some bad experiences at other addresses.. Here you have the magnificent beach 30 meters away, you can eat very good local dishes with your feet in the sand, a very pleasant service and above all smiling! Nothing to say about cleanliness! And the owners like this comment! I RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION! Just thank you 🙏

I cannot agree with the previous negative reviews.We spent a total of a week at Maithelia and felt comfortable at all times. We also couldn't discover any mosquito nests or other insects during our stay. Renting a bike was also possible without any problems.

HOTEL REVIEWOverall, this place seems OK but there is a margin for improvement. So here some suggestions that will help improve the experience:- Swimming pool is dirty. I understand that in a place like that, you need to clean it every day, which might require some effort. But if you plan to have a swimming pool you should also take into account that it requires some work.- Our room was a mosquito nest. They went for a quick fix by spraying something in the room (I don't want to know what kind of poisonous substance they sprayed). But maybe it is worth investing in a sanitation of the exteriors (we eventually had to change room).- Room was not clean. I accidentally dropped my water bottle which rolled under the bed and discovered the layers of dust, which means they had not cleaned the floor for days. There are only 4 or 5 rooms overall, so I don't think it would be a huge effort to make at least the basic cleaning.- Electricity cuts. We experienced a couple of electricity cuts but we thought it was a problem of the whole "block" but actually neighbouring beach hotels had power. Can this be fixed with a generator?I hope my feedback can help improving your service.

3 nights in this hotel, really not crazy. Lazy and lazy staff, belly-inducing breakfast.Very nice locations though.But the room is a nest of insects and lizards

I tried to book the accommodation through Air B&B. The owner was unable to reply to several messages. Everyone is on their cell phone every day. This kind of ignorance is disrespectful and demeaning to anyone who takes the time and effort. This behavior is completely unprofessional. We should work on this as quickly as possible!
