The stay there was a nightmare. Absolutely everything was wrong. The second night at 3am a colony of ants invaded our room, all our clothes and stuff were infested with thousands of ants and we had to climb endless stairs to wake up the security guard so they could give us another room. The third night we arrived at the hotel and there was no light! With the heat and the insects invading us and no battery in the cell phones, a disaster.In general they have the following problems: No staff with an acceptable level of English, it takes 40 minutes to prepare toast with tea, the place is full of insects such as ants, snakes, scorpions and monkeys. The television did not work, the bathroom did not have a curtain, when you plugged in the hair dryer all the light went out and they also have no security for the rooms. At the end of our stay we wanted to pay by card and we couldn't because the posnet didn't work and they didn't have paper to print the ticket, we ended up improvising a personal transfer to one of the managers.Never book here.

When we arrived we got a bad room and it was not the same with the pictures. It was so bad that we decided to change the room but for that the owner said we need to pay more…..But as I said we did it cuz the room was too bad.The staff cant even speak English well and you can’t even understand them.The location and the second room was defently better but we was a bit disappointed that we need to pay more and there was no effort from the owner to give us a better experience at there hotel.Sorry but we would not recommend that hotel

I really don't understand where the bad reviews come from! We had a wonderful stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were given a juice as a welcome gift and transport was spontaneously organized for us upon departure, neither of which I take for granted. And we were able to rent a scooter including a surf rack immediately after arrival (90k/day)The rooms are clean and large, you are provided with a small supply of water, shampoo and toothbrushes and the beds are very comfortable.There is a pool with a magnificent view over Selong Belanak. The pool isn't the cleanest, but I've seen much worse. It's only a few minutes by scooter to Selong and about 25 minutes to Kuta. If you want to surf in Mawi, it's not far from here.The breakfast was also very tasty, we were initially concerned about the reviews, but we can't understand them at all. You can choose between different dishes and get a drink with it (juices, coffee, tea).For what you get the price is really great, highly recommended!

Very disappointing. Upon arrival there were stains (not two) on the towels. These were not clean. The bed was also not clean (stains) and the pillow smelled of sweat from a previous guest. And there were scented sachets everywhere. Everything could use a paint job, moisture spots on the roof and the wall and the shower was not clean and did not work. The lime and skin remains of other guests were still present. There was a TV that didn't work and blood tests of mosquitoes and flies hanging in the curtains? The view is great and the food is tasty. We left earlier and when asking for money back for the nights booked that we would not stay there, the manager became very aggressive. And started shouting at me that it was his country and I certainly wouldn't get any money back. He also didn't want to start the conversation and avoided us. He wanted to eat first and then talk to us and hid in his kitchen. When I entered the kitchen to ask for our money back, I was filmed as if I was being very unreasonable. All in all, definitely not recommended.

I don’t understand why people criticize so much! In this Hotel you will find the nicest and friendliest staff ever, beautiful views, calm, monkeys playing in the garden, it is just Beautiful!The rooms are not new ok and the hotel needs a refreshing but it is owned by a Indonesian person that don’t have the euros or dollars floating money to keep everything fresh! Also the bad comments probably not help this business to do well so how can he afford to refresh the place?By coming to this hotel you will support LOCAL PEOPLE business and not make a rich foreigner even richer by going to a « resort » where everything will be shining! Lombok is one of the poorest area of Indonesia, if you would like to give sense to your holidays, support local businesses!Terimakasih everyone 🙏

The hotel is in a privileged location, surrounded by vegetation, with incredible views, a beautiful Infinity pool, a very beautiful dining terrace... The problems begin when you enter your cabin. Everything is dirty and neglected or broken. It smells bad, the shower comes out without pressure, there is no hot water, some lights don't work... It gives a feeling of abandonment and that the workers there don't have much desire to work. In addition, they wanted to scam us with the price of renting the motorcycle, charging us an exorbitant price. Obviously, we refuse to pay it. It's a shame that a place with so much potential is like this. The pool loungers are broken and unseevable. It will end up collapsing in a few years...

We ate here and am still suffering from it 5 days later. Apart from the gastrointestinal infection I got from eating, we had to wait a whole 2 hours for the food. I wish we had left early. The restaurant is absolutely not recommended!

Run away!First of all, when we arrived, no one seemed to know we were coming and our accommodation was not preparedThe location and exteriors make a very good impression BUT the accommodations are horrible: no air conditioning as advertised, dirty accommodations with mold on the ceiling and so on..

On the way to Selong Belanak beach I saw “Artati Bungalows and Restaurant” and loved the restaurant with a view of the hills and the beach. When I saw the beautiful pool and the bungalows on the hillside, I booked two nights there and was thrilled.The dinner was also very good, so I enjoyed the weekend with a view of the flowering bushes, the landscape and the time in the pool. The price is also right at 500,000 per night.We recommend!

The manager's attention is very good.The hotel is a paradise with 6 cabins and a beautiful infinity pool and a dining room that is a luxury. I don't know how it can become the worst hotel I've ever been to.Dirty sheets with blood, dust in the room, everything was dirty, desperately dirty towel on the bathroom floor. Only two towels, and the hot water ran out in the first bath. Dirty curtains, room with uncorked corks.In the pool Balinese beds without mattress or place to lie down.It is a pity.
