Very bad, the sheets were not changed, the bed was not good, there was a layer of very thin blankets. The dirty room is not worth taking a shower at all. It's better to recommend staying somewhere else. Run away.

The price is very economical, the parking is safe, there is someone taking care of it 24 hours a day, it's worth it if it's not a big deal.

Not good at all. Very bad. The bathroom is not good and very smelly. The water was not turned on. The water was turned off and not opened for customers to use. There is no mirror. There's not much water in the bathroom. Very thin towels No, no, no one will go, I don't recommend it at all. I don't know where to give the stars.

Run away. Run away. Open the door to enter the room and there is a musty smell. A cursed smell hit my nose. Take a room with two beds, an old spring bed. The blanket smells musty and has dirt stains. Use your own blanket. I don't dare use the towel. The air conditioner is old, the TV can't be watched, the refrigerator isn't plugged in. The bathroom is very narrow. All you can do is turn around. There is a water bucket and bowl in case the water doesn't flow. There is no spare room key. If lost or forgotten in the room, pay extra only. I understand that the guesthouse But I really can't take it. Anyone who wants to save money should try stopping by. Personally, it's not okay. Once is enough.

Disgusting. Filthy. The room smelt musty. The hotel and rooms were dirty. There were cockroaches. The bed linen and towels were dirty and unwashed. Unbelieveable. We checked in and checked out immediately. I have stayed in many budget guest houses in Asia, but this was impossible to stay at. It would have been dangerous for health. The one member of staff spoke only Thai, and seemed disinterested. There are much nicer hotels in Mae Sariang near the river. We found a pleasant alternative fo less money wiith balcony overlooking ther river. Much better than this dump. AVOID.

Stayed in a standard room with fan. No air conditioning.Due to a miscommunication, i was initially checked into an air conditioned room, which was not too bad. But after realizing I only paid for a standard room they switched me to one.The entire room ONLY had ONE power socket.. which the fan needed to be plugged into. So you could only charge one appliance at a time. Bummer if you need to charge your electronics when the room is warm and stuffy. Toilet in the standard room was filthy. Heater was spoilt. Sparks flew when I tried to turn it on. No toilet paper. Drowned bugs everywhere.. and the drainage was choked..staff had poor understanding of english.Upon checking in, though i booked and paid thru expedia. Counter staff kept insisting I had to pay cash upfront as they did not receive any money (i am guessing they may be new to expedia). issue was resolved about half hour later.Wont recommend the standard room. Pls pay more for the room with air con.
