First time here. But very effective. When booking on the Agoda application, we chose a bedroom with twin beds. It turns out the room is really spacious. There is wifi, 21 inch analog LED television, AC, water heater, sitting toilet, green carpeted floor, 2 disposable cups for coffee and tea sachets provided in the room, electric kettle and large table equipped with one drawer. And what is no less interesting is the free breakfast which is not half-hearted. With a buffet concept where each room is entitled to 2 portions of food, guests can choose delicious menus as they wish. When we stayed overnight, the breakfast menu included toast (baked it yourself with a toaster), canned milk for bread, a pot of gravy, fried rice, pecel, stir-fried chicken, crispy mushrooms, fried vermicelli and fried egg. The drinks include lime ice and hot tea. Over all, we are very satisfied for the first time staying here. And finally, the services and facilities at this hotel match the WiFi password, namely "best hotel in Kediri".

The rooms are quite clean, the employees and owners are very friendly, it's nice to chat, the location is good, in the middle of the city, really suitable for budget travelers, breakfast is also available, so in the morning just drink coffee and eat, there's hot water too, cm love the room It's a bit mosquito-ridden, forgot to ask to spray mosquito repellent....

One of the lights in room number 103 is off and can't be repaired, please replace it, the light is off, and the water hole in the bathroom is a bit clogged in room number 102, please fix it, thank you.

There was an advertisement on Agoda, I had successfully booked, when I got there (FYI, I was from out of town) I was supposed to immediately check in and rest, it turned out that the hotel said GBS via Agoda, all GBS online applications except traveling because there was a problem with Oyo not coordinating with the hotel (which should be the hotel and Oyo's business, not the customer's), the customer told himself to call Agoda's CS (thinking he wouldn't pay credit), then he had to process the refund himself, the refund process took a really long time and because he was already tired, he didn't want to order manually. the price is 50% more expensive than the price on Agoda. Is this a way for hotels to sell their rooms? Which ultimately results in visitors booking manually at standard hotel prices. If GBS is online, you should remove the ads, don't trick visitors like this

The room is nice at a very affordable price, book the room without breakfast, in the morning you were given a free buffet breakfast from Hotel Oyo Welirang, the location in the middle of the city is very convenient for yourself and your family, thank you Hitel Oyo Welirang, unfortunately the shower in my room is dead 🙏
