We spent 12 great days (7 days in a bungalow and 5 days on safari) at Scuba Republic. The accommodation was more than sufficient, the service and staff were perfect. The dive sites were truly outstanding and our guide "Eagle Eye" Amy was wonderful. Gladly again!

I LOVED my liveaboard experience on Epica!The entire team was amazing! Always smiling, always making us laugh and super helpful! The food was very tasty and the boat is comfortable, especially the common areas.I also felt very safe diving with this crew in remote places. This is a great place to stay on Waigeo.Firstly, incredible customer service from Dea. She helped me so much with organising documents for my visa renewal and trips to and from the Waisai ferry.The rooms are nice and clean, with good bathrooms and A/C. Food is excellent, the best I had during my one month trip. I would say they do run out of food sometimes due to the volunteer program that runs out of the resort, but staff were able to make more food when this happens.Dea helped us organise some land-based trips, like birds of paradise and blue river. Would stay again.

Excellent experience with Scuba Republic. Although, I completed my advanced course and did not receive any certificate of completion. So just make sure you're on top of that.

We've done about 10 dives with them and every dive was on a different spot . Dana chooses them wisely depending on the weather and the tides or currents and our previous dives. Ok. …
