Best place to experience this island. Resort is beautiful, food is great, has an awesome family vibe, guaranteed to make great friends.Ahmet, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure you experience so so much.Great quality waves, and lots to explore. Cant recommend highly enough, you will have a great time at Dylan's

I stayed at Dylan’s for 10 days and loved every second of it. Ahmet and his team have created something truly special on Simeulue Island. Dylan’s Right is an epic wave with no crowds, and there are so many great breaks just a short scooter ride away. Every surfer we met was friendly and welcoming, and the locals were incredibly hospitable.It was definitely worth the trip from Southern California to experience this hidden gem. The local culture is vibrant, and the accommodations are top-notch. The rooms are spotless, there’s a fantastic communal hangout spot, and the family-style dinners were a highlight of the stay.I’ll definitely be back in the future, and I highly recommend anyone considering a trip to Simeulue Island to stay at Dylan’s retreat.

What a great place to stay in Simeulue! Big thanks to Ahmet who organised some great daytrips (due to bad swell) up north and Mincau. Simeulue has a lot to offer, you always feel very welcome at Dylan‘s and you will be spoilt with good food! In addition to that and thanks to Rose we did a daily Yoga session together to start the day in a good spirit!Thank you guys for some very pleasant days!Cheers and see you again,Dominik 😎🤙🏽

This place is awesome!! Ahmed the manager is extremely helpful and shows you everything you need to know (surf spots, beaches, corals, food ect.)Dylans right is just a 2 minutes walk away.Also we had a free yoga session every evening which was perfect after surfing. The yoga teacher Rose was fantastic.The vibe in the resort is great and the rooms are very clean and comfy. After surf we played pingpong or chilled at the pool.Food was great and we scarfed it every night!!Hope to visit soon again and can highly recommend to go there!!!

You can't go wrong if you stay at Dylan's retreat.. Beautiful place with nice swimming pool, lots of space outdoor, big and very tidy rooms, good food, awesome location 5min from the best wave..The atmosphere is great there, either if you come with your family, kids, or just as a couple.. Ahmet is the best host ever, he's making sure you've got the best holiday ever, he's always there to give you good tips about where to surf, how to get there, he organises boat trips or anything you ask..All in all, we were super happy to have found this little peace of paradise.. Of what I've seen around, I think Dylan's retreat is the best place to stay in Simeulue!

Magnificent hotel: comfortable bedding, cool swimming pool, excellent atmosphere and Ahmet, the manager, gives good advice and is always available to organize the boat, the taxi, etc.

I was made to feel right at home.In my opinion, for your $, the best accomodation within walking distance to the break. Rooms are modern and clean. 3 delicious meals a day included. Ahmet provided us with great info on other surf breaks and a guided day trip to a secret spot was a definate highlight.Thanks Dylan's Retreat.
