The service is friendly, the receptionist, Bang Mukhlir, is also very good at serving guests, the manager is also caring and humorous, the rooms are neat, the food has lots of variety 👍

A comfortable place... and safe. The receptionist, Deck Mumun, was very friendly and kind. Serve sincerely. It would be better for employees like this to be appreciated and given additional incentives so that they feel comfortable working and not move to another company

Room prices are cheap but many facilities are damaged. Close to the USK and UIN campuses. Has a meeting room which is very rare in Banda Aceh.

The hotel is comfortable, clean too. Access to other places close by.But there was a shortage, I wanted to have breakfast at 8 in the morning, the breakfast dishes had already run out on the table, when I asked, there was an officer who said there weren't any more in a chatty manner (hmmm, I was annoyed with the officer) please fix it, darling, the hotel is good, but there are officers like that🙏🏻

During my 6 day stay here... it was comfortable, the room was clean even though it was a bit narrow for two people... but for the location close to the USK Petanque Field Venue, this is really a highly recommended hotel. The service is good, the breakfast is delicious even though it is standard with typical Acehnese cuisine. Continued success for the Mita Mulia Hotel... hopefully it will continue to develop with even better service. Thank you... see youuuu...
