This place has left me a bit mixed up in my first night. We booked the deluxe house but the room we got wasn’t properly maintained and we thought we’d been cheated out of out money. Gladly the hotel lady is the nicest person since she came to our aid in the pouring rain at 10 pm to listen to our complaints and without even trying to deter us she gave us another room (which was a lot better maintained and a proper hotel room) and offered us a separate umbrella to help move our stuff whenever we felt like it.My opinion of the placed changed right there.The location is a bit far from the center but its super tranquil and the resort itself is very pretty.To not miss out on the exit to the resort keep and eye out on the map for a road going out from the main one before the bridge on your right side (when going oposite to pai)

The fact that letters were missing from the word 'resort' on either side of the main entrance told me not to get out of the taxi and head straight back to Pai.....but I was tired and I got out.Then there was the reception area. It looked like something out of an Eastern European horror movie.I still had about 5 minutes to escape (because that's how long it took to print out my reservation).....but feeling like a zombie, I didn't.The entrance to the apartment had a fish pond in front of it with stepping stones. It was about 2 feet deep. I could tell, because the fish pond, a.k.a. concrete death trap, was empty.Once inside, it was hard not to notice the hole in the bedcover + ants crawling all over it. It was at this point that I went onto Airbnb to book new accommodation.

Although it is about 6km away from Pai Traveler's Street, the size of the rooms and bathrooms are comparable to those of a 4-star hotel, and the air conditioner is a Samsung product, so it is cool and has hot water. If you are traveling by car or bike, I highly recommend this accommodation. In the morning, you can wake up to the sound of birds, take a walk around the resort, and interact with the cats and dogs in the accommodation. In particular, the female staff communicates well in English and is very friendly. He has a lot of talent, so he spends his free time drawing pictures on the walls of his dorm, and when he gets the chance, he can create memories by drawing pictures on murals. We stayed for 3 days in March 2024 during the off-season and stayed at a ridiculous price of 400 baht per night for the facilities. Accommodation on Pai Traveler Street during the same period would cost 1000 to 1300 baht. Be sure to stay here rather than in a crowded and noisy place.

Great place, even better service, far from the center but close to the canyon, pleasant and comfortable place. The pool just needs a little maintenance but I would still stay here again. The girl in charge is very friendly and they have free service to go to the center and back 3 times a day. You just have to be punctual.

It’s further out than I realised and the shuttle only runs 3 times a day. However, it was our own fault for not looking into the location.The staff were very helpful, and the room was clean

We first stayed here in 2016 and loved the quiet quaint bungalows. So when we had friends come to visit we thought we would revisit the resort again. It does show a little wear but for the value it was great. The beds were warm and comfortable. The hot great water pressure in the shower was wonderful. You don’t always get that in Thailand and we have lived here 10 years. While we didn’t book breakfast the Manager Khun Jiew gave the 4 of us complimentary cooked to order breakfast at the adjacent cute restaurant. Staff at both the hotel and restaurant were great. It’s a bit far from Central Pai and walking street but we had our own car so no problem. There is a good cheap Thai restaurant nearby and 2 in front of the resort.

The hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. …

At first, I wasn't sure about going with the accommodation, but Bura lupai came through and helped me out in a major way. I'd been having trouble affording living expenses on my own, so I decided to give it a shot. I had some reservations, but I was determined to make it work.Luckily, Bura lumpai is a great place that really cares about their clients. They helped me to go to awesome places that turned out to be one of the most relaxing and coolest place to be in. I'm so grateful for Bura lumpai for providing not just a great place to live, but also a new amazing and lifelong memories to keep

The rooms are spacious and clean. It was super quiet in low season but the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were very kind. The place itself is quite big so I imagine a lot of maintenance goes on daily. We also had our own scooter so it was fine to head into town, our favourite was driving down Rural Rd Mae Hong Son instead of the main road. There's also some great places to eat around the area, including right next door. Very cute dogs. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms are absolutely incredible. Unbelievably spacious, clean and well equipped. The facilities are good and staff are polite. The location is quite far outside of Pai and the hotel will arrange a private transfer to and from for 400 Baht. They do free transfers around 3 times a day each way but this can be very limiting. Renting a moped to go to and from the town is a must and makes this a perfect location for travellers but possibly not children

Filled with cockroaches killed one and woke up to another one dead next to the bed in the morning air con was not cool at all slept drenched in sweat the whole night

This place was very nice. Contrary to other reviews there is a restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch that served very good food. The owners are also willing to call you a taxi and have a free shuttle with times you can use to get to town center.Yes there are many bugs here but you are in the middle of the rainforest and hear many different animals at night. The place was overall very clean with nice owners who bring you water, toilet paper, and q-tips everyday. We had a problem with our rental car and they accomodated us with a really late check out. I would stay again.

Nice sized rooms, views over water, clean and comfortable. Location not good if you don't have transport. Close to the Memorial Bridge and Grand Canyon. Very quiet and a good place for a stop over. We had trouble finding it as Google Maps had the location wrong.
