Great location. I loved the room for the price, but the bathroom had cob webs. The room was nice and comfy though. I wanted to stay extra nights but the woman that runs it is very rude and a drunk. I was there a bit early to leave my bags but she was gone and didnt arrive till 2:30pm and was tweaking. She rushed me checking in and yelled at me in thai and threatened to call the police when I stained a towel.. other than her, i really did love the room.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!I arrived at 4:30pm, waited for hours for them to clean the room (as it wasn’t ready at that time, when check-in is supposed to be at 2pm). They don’t communicate with you at all, you just wait outside and can see what’s happening. After waiting for a long time, they showed me a room that it was not the one I had booked. Then they say to wait more time, they need to clean the other room. I kept on waiting, when I entered to the room to ask how long it will take, they started screaming at me. The room needed a deep cleaning, there were food leftovers everywhere, and the smell of fish and meat was disgusting. Bathroom was extremely dirty, and the whole place in general was a mess. It needed a deep cleaning. Not a quick clean at 6pm because the new guest already arrived, when the room is supposed to be ready since 2pm. I did not feel safe there. The person who started screaming at me in their language made me feel very insecure, so much so had to leave the property. I was also tired after a very long trip and couldn’t keep on waiting more time (stayed there for nearly 2 hours). They have a terrible management of the place, and after what happened to me, I would not recommend this place to anybody. There are many other nice and cheap places around that for sure won’t give you this experience. They refused to refund me the money for the room. I had paid in advanced and in the end I didn’t stay stay there. Stay away from here, sounds like scam big time!

For only 300 baht per night a room for two persons with private bathroom. It looked very nice and it was clean and quiet, excellent for good rest. Perfect location, close to the centre of pai and close to the beautiful nature of pai.
