A month ago I stayed at this hotel, which is an old hotel but still has a luxurious impression, the atmosphere in the back yard (swimming pool) is very shady and it's a relief to feel like you're not in busy Surabaya, the service is very friendly, especially the receptionist. maybe some parts need to be renovated so that it can provide a more lively and contemporary atmosphere...

The hotel is good. Even though it used to be busy, now it's a bit quiet. Hopefully it can get better again. Just checked out today. He said he wanted a complete renovation. Hopefully the hotel will be even prettier and better. The employees provide the best service from receptionists, security guards to restaurant employees. Hopefully the hotel will be more advanced. That's all and thank you ๐๐ป๐

Comfortable and calmingโฆThe first time I arrived at the hotel when I entered the room and looked out from the balcony...The tropical feel is really presented, so the goal for those who really have a staycation is right at this hotel.There are no other concept hotels like this in Surabaya apart from the Singgasana Hotel which is now closed.Next time I want to return to this hotel for relaxation if I'm too lazy to leave the city of Surabaya.Hopefully next visit, this hotel will be even better and the building can all function.The information is that in August 2024, operations will end because there will be a total renovation.Hopefully it will reopen soon and be better and not lose its tropical feel.Cool hotel...๐๐๐

Old hotel with poor quality and maintenance. Check in very slow with un-professional staff that easily seen on how they treated the guest. Hotel lobby is no AC, so you can imagine the condition. Going to the room there were some leakage here & there and it was very dirty. Room is in poor condition, smelly, dirty with some mosquitos and cockroach accompany you. Bed linen and bath towel like 50 years old linen with thin, grey color and some spot on it.There is no breakfast buffet, you have only 4 poor a la carte menu with no taste, even restaurant menu just like street food with expensive price.Public toilet were wet and dirty, on the evening the building was like haunted house as the hotel is very dark and no guest aroundโฆ.spooky.Tried to meet with the manager, so I asked the staff but this poor old Chinese guy just like confused and refused to meet the guest.Overall this is not a hotel that you expect, itโs like an old poor building museum.Will not coming back and NOT RECOMMENDED to stay on this hotel, you just loosing money there and waste your time.

tengkiuu has made my family happy, even though it is said to be an old hotel, the furniture in the room is still really okay, including the TV, not the smart TV, but overall it's still okay, really okay even for a staycation in the city. super worth it.A big note for the hotel is that there must be regular cleaning of the swimming pool, because this is a resort hotel so there are a lot of dry leaves that have to be picked up in the pool and at the bottom of the pool. but thx really good service
