This is my second staycation at Ubbu Villa, but this time I was curious about the Prambanan unit because of its heritage design.the service is good, the villa is clean and well maintained, the cooking equipment is complete, there is a floating breakfast and a private pool which is large and clean, and everything is provided in each room.

I felt trapped, there was a problem with the floating tire, if you come here the floating tire just tell me to take it out, I suggest you, I came here twice, firstly in Ubu Nayan, the reason was a leak, I was asked to change it for hundreds, the second time in Ubu Prambanan, from the first time I entered, I was already suspicious of a leak. Alus, it turned out to be real. That's right 🤣, I've done videos of photos, etc., and it's true that I was told to change another hundred, not recommended!! 👎Please, the lady keeper in question, when the TTD is finished, tell me to keep it floating until it lasts for half an hour. If it runs out at the pump, if it runs out at the pump, it's sturdy, it won't float for half an hour 👎 it's the guest's fault 🤦And there's no apology, it's really uncomfortable.It's best if the item has been charged and damaged, bring it to the guest, so they can throw it away straight away, for fear of it being pumped again, sorry for the next guest.

complete facilities but a bit disappointed that the pool is not clean, lots of ants both in the kitchen and on the door, the water in the bathroom in room 3 is small, the small flush can't be used properly, please improve it again in the future because this villa is quite good but there are still many minuses

It was a quiet comfortable to stay here for a night, the rooms were clean and the vibes were chill. However, the one that should be improved is the quality and the condition of swimming pool which is thick and dirty. I don't know maybe it needs to be redrained because the colour was very green.
