It's a very good hostel. Located next to all amenities and next to the walking street and convenience store. The service staff are very good and take care of you like family. Next time I will definitely come back to stay here. I recommend this place if you are looking for it.

We were recommended to go and have our laundry done at Hug Pai Hostel by our hotel, the Ai Pai Hotel. Unfortunately they ruined all our clothes! They washed them at very high temperatures, which made all colours run and the clothes to shrink! I highly recommend that you do not use their services when it comes to laundry! Horrible!

It wasn't a social hotel but I enjoyed staying here and could make some friends. Very friendly staffs! They made my bed every day, and when I was getting late for the bus (It was raining hard as well), Bella dropped me off to the terminal. Thank you Bella!!! That was so sweet of you
