All good, but: some of the windows are only made of wooden panels, which makes it extremely cold at night (you can't heat with the air conditioning & the ceiling is very thin) and you can hear every noise from outside. Otherwise everything was really good, but I wouldn't book it again just because of the open windows.

+unlimited water, instant coffee and tea in the hallway.+the rooms are basic but clean.+the staff is friendly.-few electrical outlets in the room.-hotel is located outside the center, a 10-minute walk.-You can find better hotels for the same price.-the rooms are very noisy. This is the least point together with the location.

The room was spacious and clean. We had room 99 and AC was kinda slow. Too many windows in the room with either no curtains (the glass bricks above the bed) or kinda thin curtains. Hard to sleep after sunrise.The reception girls is not always there so you need to call a number you see there if you need any help.A bit far from the walking street/ night market (like 15-20 min with almost no sidewalks).Overall good.🙋🏻♀️ My travel tips & recommendations on insta: deea_journey

Clean rooms, adequate service, very noisy at night. From the speeding cars that run around causing chaos in the city. The karaoke shop across the street is very noisy from early evening until 2 am. Went to rest and hardly slept. I was startled all night.

At $25 I think it could be better but Pai is a bit more expensive than other towns in Thailand. My room smelled so strong of air freshener or deodorizer that it gave me a headache even after leaving the windows open all day and hosing down the bathroom.(edit: after changing the sheets the room smells fine)Everything is clean. AC works well. Yes, the mattress is firm, but I'm ok with that. Water gets very hot and has good pressure. The TV is almost an antique, being a CRT type set. Other than that the rooms are just fine for the price and in Pai you won’t spend much time inside anyway.

Stayed here 3 nights in deluxe room that locate in garden next to reception building. A room very quiet cause it far enough from busy street but can walk to walking street in 10 mins.A bed is okay for budget hotel room, nice shower with water heater and housekeeping doing excellent job.A day we arrived there all bike rentals in town are fully booked and a lady at reception very helpful trying to help us get one.

Payed 100thb extra for room with nice view still don't know what view we where talking about. Wifi was broken beds where old made my neck hurt and had to go to the massage afterwards. No laundry service even there was a machine in the back. Also not too friendly but that was most of the time in Pai seems they didn't liked foreigners
